About Michael Hill
Michael Hill is an Australian jeweler selling engagement and wedding rings with natural or lab-grown diamonds, fine jewelry, personalized pieces and watches including Seiko.
The key rule for Australian shoppers is that promotions don't combine: when another offer gives a higher discount, Michael Hill applies that one, so joining the free Brilliance program is the sensible first step.
Michael Hill's bridal range includes traceable and Canadian diamond collections and a Sir Michael Hill Designer line, and an online ring builder sits alongside its wedding bands. The Pendant Bar lets customers mix charms, pendants and chains into a personalized piece, and the wider catalog spans gemstones from opal to sapphire set in platinum, gold, sterling silver and vermeil.
Rings bought online can be resized free of charge before they ship, where the design allows. The Re:Cycle program trades old gold for a gift card toward new jewelry, and the Michael Hill Foundation backs work supporting women and restoring nature. The brand runs separate sites for New Zealand and Canada and takes in-store appointments.

How to use a Michael Hill discount code
- The Brilliance sign-up reward is applied automatically online to your next purchase, so join before you add a ring to the bag.
- Promotions can't be combined with any other offer, and when another offer gives a higher discount, that one is used.
- Gift cards, clearance items, layby, Limited Edition and Great Value items sit outside promotions, along with some listed SKUs.
- Clearance already runs up to 40% off, so a promotion won't add to it.
- The bonus gift voucher sent by email needs an A$150 minimum spend and works once.
If your Michael Hill code doesn't work
- Exclusions: Promotions exclude gift cards, clearance items, layby, Limited Edition and Great Value items and some listed SKUs.
- Combining offers: Promotions cannot be combined with any other offer; if a higher discount applies under another offer, that one is used.
- New customers only: The first-order offer (join Brilliance by Michael Hill (free) for a sign-up reward on the next purchase, auto-applied online) does not apply to repeat orders.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
