About Freemans
Freemans is a UK online department store covering women's, men's and kids' fashion, lingerie, beauty, home and garden and electricals, with its own credit account.
The rule that shapes saving here is narrow: offer codes work on full-price items only, so sale lines, electricals and delivery charges sit outside most codes.
Freemans is run by Freemans plc, a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office in Bradford. The Financial Conduct Authority authorises and supervises its consumer credit business, which covers the store's own flexi account. Beyond its core departments, the site has sports and leisure and kids' toys sections, a brand directory and its own app.
The clothing side focuses on affordable everyday pieces and footwear for the whole family, with seasonal edits such as coats, knitwear and partywear, and Christmas gift sections sorted for her, for him and for kids. Home shoppers will find everyday and Christmas bedding, plus larger furniture: upholstered and pre-assembled pieces are made to order, while flat-pack items and beds arrive on shorter lead times.

How to use a Freemans discount code
- Freemans offer codes are four characters, letters and numbers, ending in the letter P.
- Online, the code goes in on the Confirm Your Order page; on a phone order, you read it out to the staff member.
- Add it before you place the order, because a code can't be attached afterwards.
- Only one offer code fits each order, and it won't combine with other offers, apart from Buy Now Pay Later or the codes starting with Z, such as 3 for 2 deals.
- Expect it to cover full-price lines only: sale items, electricals, End of Call offers and delivery charges are out unless the code says otherwise.
- Most codes work once.
If your Freemans code doesn't work
- Minimum order: "15% Off £75+ Orders with a Flexiway Account" needs an order of at least £75.
- Exclusions: Discount codes apply to full-price items only and exclude sale items, electricals, End of Call offers and delivery charges unless stated.
- Combining offers: One offer code per order; codes cannot be combined with other offers except Buy Now Pay Later or codes beginning with Z (e.g. 3 for 2). Codes are single-use unless stated.
- New customers only: The first-order offer (open a Freemans credit account and place your first order on it; if the discount does not apply automatically, enter code J3JP at checkout. Not combinable with other discounts) does not apply to repeat orders.
- App offer: Freemans has a discount for orders in its app.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Freemans
- Opening a Freemans credit account brings a discount on the first order you place through it, and that discount won't combine with other offers.
- Signing up for Black Friday deals carries a 15% off headline, and Black Friday offers on selected items run until Nov 30, 2026.
- Standard delivery is free until Nov 10, 2026, which helps most on small orders.
- The app carries its own app-only offers.
- If you spread a big purchase over 12 months, the representative 39.9% APR variable applies to any balance left after the interest-free period.
Freemans questions, answered
Does Freemans deliver outside the UK?
Freemans delivers only to UK postcodes, Northern Ireland included. Orders can't go to the Republic of Ireland, abroad or through a parcel forwarder.
Can you use a Freemans discount code on sale items?
Freemans codes apply to full-price items only. Sale items, electricals, End of Call offers and delivery charges are excluded unless the offer states otherwise.
Can you swap a Freemans item for a different size?
Freemans doesn't exchange items. You return the piece for a refund to your original payment method and place a new order for the size you want.
What does Freemans charge for next-day delivery?
Next Day and Stated Day delivery each cost £5.99 on eligible items. Northern Ireland and other non-mainland or remote areas can't use either option.
How long does Freemans furniture take to arrive?
Made-to-order upholstery and pre-assembled furniture takes 5-6 weeks. Beds and mattresses take 2-3 weeks, and flat-pack furniture takes 2 weeks.
