How Hungry Jack's discounts work
Hungry Jack's puts its deals in the app. Play Shake & Win every day: you get two shakes, 30 seconds to accept a prize and 30 minutes to redeem it.
The Jack's Cafe stamp card gives you the 5th coffee free after 4 eligible barista coffees. Add your birth date to your profile for a free birthday Whopper voucher. Only one voucher works per transaction, and a promo code can't be combined with app deals or Shake & Win prizes.

About Hungry Jack's
Hungry Jack's sells flame-grilled burgers made with Australian beef, plus Jack's Fried Chicken and Jack's Cafe coffee.
You can pick up at the counter or drive-thru, or get delivery. The rule that shapes your savings: a promo code won't combine with the app deals, digital vouchers, Shake & Win prizes or a free loyalty coffee, and each transaction takes one voucher.
The menu centers on the Whopper, offered in single, double or triple sizes, alongside the thicker Grill Masters range built on an Angus patty and plant-based options. Under what it calls its Better Beef Guarantee, Hungry Jack's says its patties contain no additives, preservatives, colorants or fillers, with flame grilling as the only thing added. Each recipe is developed by a chef and then taste-tested with Australian customers before it is served.
Members of My HJ's get a free Whopper voucher on their birthday once they save a birth date to their profile. The site also publishes nutrition and allergen details for the standard menu, plus pages on the chain's community work and sustainability.
What payment methods does Hungry Jack's accept?
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay work, with American Express and JCB at participating restaurants only.

How to use a Hungry Jack's promo code
- Hungry Jack's vouchers live in the app, so become a member firSt. Members also get vouchers by email, with no set amount.
- Pick a voucher when you build a pickup pre-order for the counter or drive-thru.
- Only one voucher fits each transaction, and you still have to meet its minimum spend.
- Plan your order around one saving.
- A promo code can't sit on top of a Jack's App Deals price, a digital voucher, a Shake & Win prize or a free loyalty coffee.
- If you're ordering delivery, you're on Uber Eats, and any deal there belongs to Uber Eats rather than the Hungry Jack's app.
- Pre-orders can't be edited later, so check the voucher is attached before you send it.
If your Hungry Jack's code doesn't work
- Combining offers: One voucher per transaction; promo codes cannot be used with app deals, digital vouchers, Shake & Win prizes or the free loyalty coffee, and the minimum spend must be met.
- App offer: Hungry Jack's has a discount for orders in its app.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
