About JoJo Maman Bébé
JoJo Maman Bébé is a UK retailer of baby clothes for 0-2 years, children's clothes for 2-9 years, maternity wear, toys and nursery gear, priced in pounds.
Delivery to a store costs nothing, and most orders placed before 11pm can be there the next day. Home-delivery prices, by contrast, aren't shown on the pages read.
Online orders at JoJo Maman Bébé are contracted with Next Retail Limited, based in Enderby, Leicester. Beyond everyday clothing, the shop carries nursing tops, dresses and bras, a hospital-bag edit with going-home outfits, a Bébé & Me range and an outlet section.
Character ranges feature The Gruffalo, Peter Rabbit and Paddington Bear, and the toy department mixes its own JoJo Plushies, wooden toys and personalised toys with brands such as Lego and V-Tech. For presents there is a gift box service and newborn gift sets. Gift cards are sold too, though the terms say one can be ordered only once a first order has been paid for.
How long does JoJo Maman Bébé shipping take?
Free, and most orders placed before 11pm reach the store next day, except at airport stores and subject to stock.
What is JoJo Maman Bébé's return policy?
UK law gives you 14 days from receiving goods to cancel, then another 14 days to send items back, ideally in original packaging.

How to use a JoJo Maman Bébé discount code
- Sign up for JoJo Maman Bébé emails first if this is your first order, because the 10% welcome offer comes from that sign-up.
- Enter the code at checkout, then compare it with the sleepsuit deal: buying 2 sleepsuits saves £10, which can be worth more than 10% on a small basket.
- Choosing delivery to a store keeps postage at zero, so home-delivery charges don't eat the saving.
- Paid delivery extras like DPD Precise aren't refunded if you cancel, so skip them when the date doesn't matter.
More ways to save at JoJo Maman Bébé
- Sign-up is the main standing discount here, with 10% off a first order for new email subscribers.
- Multi-buys like the £10 saving on 2 sleepsuits suit parents stocking up on the 0-2 range.
- Gift cards work for baby-shower presents, though the terms only allow buying one after a first paid order.
- Over Christmas, the extended returns until 17 January give more room to buy gifts early without losing the chance to send them back.
