About KEEN
KEEN, a family-owned brand founded in 2003, sells sandals, shoes, boots, work boots and kids' footwear, and every shoe is made without PFAS.
Check the KEEN Pro rule before you hunt for a code: discounts verified through ID.me can't be combined with any other promotion, so you get one or the other.
KEEN calls its approach Consciously Created: it uses harvested materials such as webbing spun from recycled plastic bottles and soles that include farm waste, and it says it designs shoes to be worn for longer. Its collections include Targhee, Newport, Jasper, UNEEK and Hyperport, with American Built boots and sneakers, Highframe waterproof work boots and the Seek trail runner further along the range.
Limited-edition collaborations have paired KEEN with designers such as Collina Strada, Henrik Vibskov and N.HOOLYWOOD. The free KEEN Corps Rewards program awards coins for shopping, volunteering and sharing, RE.KEEN resells pre-loved pairs, and defective shoes can go through a warranty claim on KEEN's site wherever they were bought.
When shoppers look for KEEN coupons
KEEN coupon searches peak in May, about 1.6× a typical month, and dip lowest in January.
Does KEEN offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard ground shipping is free on $125 or more to the 48 contiguous states; below that it costs $10.
How long does KEEN shipping take?
Standard orders take 3-7 business days, while PO boxes and outlying areas can take up to 12-14.
What is KEEN's return policy?
You have 30 days from the order date, with a free label inside the lower 48. Refunds land in 7-10 business days, minus shipping costs.
Does KEEN have student and military discounts?
Yes. Students and faculty verify with Student Beans; military, teachers and first responders use ID.me through KEEN Pro. Amounts aren't stated.

How to use a KEEN coupon
- KEEN's store runs on Shopify, so the discount box is on the checkout page's order summary.
- If you qualify for KEEN Pro, verify with ID.me first, and know that this discount replaces any code rather than adding to it.
- Students verify through Student Beans instead.
- After the discount, check whether your total still clears $125, since orders below it pay $10 for standard shipping.
- Pairs bought from another retailer can't come back through KEEN, so a code only protects you on keenfootwear.com orders.
If your KEEN code doesn't work
- Minimum order: "30% off $100+ Purchases" needs an order of at least $100; "Get 30% off $125+ Orders + Free Shipping on $75+ Spent" needs an order of at least $125.
- Combining offers: ID.me (KEEN Pro) discounts can't be combined with any other promotion.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at KEEN
- KEEN Corps Rewards is free to join.
- You earn coins by shopping, volunteering and sharing, and every 100 coins redeemed becomes a $10 credit.
- The sandals sale lists new markdowns, which suit a pair whose size you already know.
- RE.KEEN sells pre-loved KEEN shoes for a lower-cost pair.
- A referral link sits in the footer, though its reward isn't stated.
- Gift cards never expire, which makes them a safe present for someone whose size you'd have to guess.
KEEN questions, answered
Does KEEN have a military or teacher discount?
Military members, teachers and first responders can verify with ID.me through the KEEN Pro program, and nurses and government employees qualify too. KEEN doesn't state the amount, and it can't be combined with other promotions.
How do KEEN Corps Rewards coins work?
Joining is free. You earn coins by shopping, volunteering and sharing, and every 100 coins redeemed turns into a $10 credit.
Are KEEN returns free?
Returns from the lower 48 states get a free label within 30 days of the order date. Outlying regions pay return shipping, and original shipping costs aren't refunded.
Can KEEN shoes be exchanged for another size?
An even exchange works for the same style and color in a different size, at the original sale price. The original pair has to be dropped off within 14 days.
Do KEEN gift cards expire?
KEEN e-gift cards never expire. They're non-refundable and work at keenfootwear.com and US KEEN Garage stores.
