About Living Proof
Living Proof makes haircare developed from an MIT foundation: shampoo and conditioner, dry shampoo, treatments, stylers, hairspray, heat protectants and kits for all hair types.
Most of its deals refuse to combine, so the real choice is which single offer is worth more on your cart, the 15% welcome code or one of the bundle deals.
Living Proof began in 2005, when professional stylists and biotech researchers from MIT, led by Dr. Bob Langer, set out to build haircare on a science-first approach; the brand says it invents a formula whenever nothing suitable is available. Its products are organized into collections such as Full for volume, No Frizz, Perfect hair Day, Restore, Curl, Scalp Care and the StyleLab range.
Shoppers can also browse by benefit, from anti-frizz and strength repair to air-dry and curl support, or take an online hair quiz for a product match. Newer launches include the Sheer Clean Dry Shampoo Mist, which comes in a non-aerosol bottle, and a Style Refresh Mist for use between washes. Salons can sign up for a pro account, and a separate site serves shoppers in the United Kingdom.

How to use a Living Proof coupon
- Enter the full code at checkout.
- The welcome code from the email list is 15% off a first order and stays valid for 30 days after sign-up, but it doesn't work on pre-discounted kits or on past or future orders.
- It also can't be combined with the bundle deals, such as 15% off when you build your own 4-product bundle, so compare the two: the bundle price reaches products the welcome code can't.
- Free shipping is judged after discounts, so a code that pulls a cart just over $50 back under it brings the flat $5 fee back.
If your Living Proof code doesn't work
- Minimum order: "30% Off $125+ Orders" needs an order of at least $125.
- Exclusions: The welcome code is not valid on pre-discounted kits or on past or future orders.
- Combining offers: Offers can't be combined: the welcome code and the bundle deals each say they cannot be combined with other offers.
- New customers only: "Score 15% off Your First Order" is for a first order.
- End date: "30% Off $125+ Orders" ends Nov 17, 2026; "20% Off Subscription Orders" ends Nov 17, 2026.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Living Proof
- Proofie Perks is free and gives 25 points for joining, 1 point per $1 and double points on auto-replenish orders.
- Those subscription orders also ship free, and they can be changed, skipped or cancelled at any time, with a reminder email 10 days before each one.
- A $75 order adds 2 free travel sizes while that offer runs, and a custom 4-product travel-size bundle comes with 20% off and a free bag.

Can Living Proof offers be combined?
The welcome code and the bundle deals each say they can't be combined with other offers. Pick whichever takes more off the order.

Does Living Proof offer expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping isn't available. Orders ship within 1-3 business days and usually take 5-7 more to arrive.
Can Living Proof products from another retailer be returned to livingproof.com?
