About Marc Jacobs
Marc Jacobs sells designer handbags, wallets, shoes and ready-to-wear on its own site, along with jewelry, beauty, fragrance and a kids collection.
The saving that matters most is the 10% off your first order for joining the email list, and ground shipping turns free once a US order passes $50.
Marc Jacobs runs its own online shop alongside physical boutiques, which shoppers can find through a store locator. Bags anchor the range, with The Tote Bag, The Snapshot and The Scene among the named styles, and the site also carries Heaven, a separate line with its own clothing, bags and jewelry. Seasonal capsules appear as well, such as a zodiac-themed run of totes and tees.
Pieces bought from an authorized seller come with a one-year warranty, although final-sale and outlet goods are left out, as are dye transfer and heavy wear. Through Bark Jacobs, shoppers buying certain leather bags of $300 and up online can add a free hand-painted portrait of their pet; those personalized bags take about three weeks to arrive and cannot be returned. US orders can be cancelled by phone within an hour, but they cannot be changed.
When shoppers look for Marc Jacobs coupons
Marc Jacobs coupon searches peak in December, about 2.8× a typical month, and dip lowest in June.
Does Marc Jacobs offer free shipping?
Yes. Ground shipping costs nothing on US orders over $50; below that line, standard ground delivery is $9.95.
How long does Marc Jacobs shipping take?
Orders leave in 1 to 3 business days, then UPS Ground takes about 1 to 3 more, and Two Day Express is offered too.
What is Marc Jacobs' return policy?
You get 30 days to start a return in the online Returns Portal with a free UPS label; refunds typically land within 10 business days.
What payment methods does Marc Jacobs accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, UnionPay, PayPal and Apple Pay, plus Afterpay and Klarna if you'd rather pay over time.
Does Marc Jacobs price match?
A drop on the store's own price within 30 days earns a partial refund, once per order; sale-price items don't qualify.
More about shopping at Marc Jacobs
- Where it won't ship
- No APO, FPO or DPO addresses, no PO boxes, and the site can't process orders to Puerto Rico or Guam.
- Final sale
- Swimwear, underwear, Final Sale items and customized bags can't come back, and online orders get no exchanges or in-store returns.
- Bark Jacobs
- Select leather bags priced at $300 or more online come with a complimentary hand-painted portrait of your pet.
- Warranty
- A one-year warranty from purchase covers items bought from an authorized vendor, but not final sale, outlet, dye transfer or excessive wear.
- Outside the US
- It ships to a listed set of countries, such as Canada, the UK and Australia, without expedited service or fragrance.

How to use a Marc Jacobs coupon
- Join the Marc Jacobs email list before you start checkout, because the 10% offer arrives by email and only covers your first order.
- Keep that email open and add the code before you pay, since an order can't be changed after it's placed.
- Think twice before spending a code on a Bark Jacobs bag: a customized bag ships in about three weeks and is final sale, so a return won't rescue a wrong pick.
- The same goes for swimwear, underwear and anything marked Final Sale.
- A piece bought at its sale price also can't get a later price adjustment.
- Fragrance and Bookmarc items don't ship abroad, so a code on those only helps a domestic order.
If your Marc Jacobs code doesn't work
- New customers only: 10% off a first order (sign up for email) does not apply to repeat orders.
- End date: "Get 25% Discount on Your Purchase" ends Nov 19, 2026; "Get 20% Off Your Purchase" ends Nov 19, 2026.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Marc Jacobs
- The email sign-up is the one standing discount: 10% off a first order.
- After that, the biggest lever is the price-adjustment policy.
- If the same item, color and size drops in price within 30 days and is still in stock, you can claim the difference as a partial refund, once per order.
- Keep a US basket above $50 and ground shipping stays free instead of costing $9.95.
- Leather bags at $300 or more online may qualify for a free Bark Jacobs pet portrait.
- Afterpay and Klarna split the cost, and the footer's Student Discount page is worth opening if you're enrolled.
Marc Jacobs questions, answered
Does Marc Jacobs give a discount for signing up for emails?
Email sign-up gets you 10% off your first order. It applies once, to that first purchase, so save it for the order you care about most.
Can I exchange something bought on marcjacobs.com?
Online orders can't be exchanged, so you'd return the item within 30 days and place a new order. Online purchases also can't go back to a Marc Jacobs retail store.
Will Marc Jacobs refund the difference if a price drops?
A drop on the store's own price within 30 days of purchase earns a partial refund, as long as the same item, color and size is still in stock. You get one adjustment per order, and sale-price items are excluded.
Is there a Marc Jacobs student discount?
The site's footer links a Student Discount page, but the amount and how you verify weren't on the pages checked. Open that page before ordering to see the current terms.
Does Marc Jacobs ship internationally?
Orders go to a listed set of countries, including Canada, the UK, Australia and much of Europe and Asia, with no expedited option abroad. Japan orders use the Japan website, and outside the US and Canada, Global-e handles payment.
