About ME+EM

ME+EM is a British women's designer label selling dresses, trousers, knitwear, tailoring, shoes and accessories, with several pieces made in Italy.

Prices for UK orders are in GBP, and one rule decides whether a code helps: ME+EM discount codes don't apply to sale items, so they only reduce full-price pieces.

ME+EM is led by Clare Hornby, its founder and CEO, who frames the label's approach as "intelligent style": functional design aimed at flattering investment pieces that stay in a wardrobe for years rather than a single season. ME+EM Limited also carries a By Appointment to Her Majesty The Queen designation as outfitters, and the brand runs its own stores as well as concessions in Selfridges and Harrods.

Rather than one-off drops, the range is grouped into edits for occasions, workwear, travel, weekends and layering, along with a tux capsule, a heritage capsule and a Forever Foundations edit. Fabrics lean toward natural fibers such as brushed cashmere, alpaca blends, merino, silk satin, nappa leather and shearling. Shoppers can also sign up to receive a printed lookbook each month.

What is ME+EM's return policy?

UK returns are free within 28 days of receipt through the online portal, sale items included; earrings, socks and tights can't go back.

How to use a ME+EM discount code

  1. ME+EM takes promotional codes in the online checkout, before you pay.
  2. Look at your basket first: sale items don't take discount codes, so a code only reduces the full-price pieces, and it can't go toward a gift card.
  3. If you later return a coded item, the discount isn't refunded and shipping costs stay with you, so it pays to be sure of the size.
  4. The instant size exchange helps with that: the new size ships within 48 working hours, and you send the original back within 7 days.
  5. If you spot a mistake after ordering, call Customer Care within 15 minutes to try to cancel.

If your ME+EM code doesn't work

  • Exclusions: Discount codes do not apply to sale items, and promotional codes cannot be used to buy gift cards.
