About MERACH
MERACH sells home fitness equipment, from treadmills and walking pads to rowing machines, exercise bikes, vibration plates and strength gear, under a brand founded in 2018 in Hangzhou, China.
The rule to know before hunting for a discount: coupons cannot be combined with other offers, are usually one use per customer and cannot be applied to an order already placed.
MERACH organizes its catalog into named series: NovaRow and CoreRow rowing machines, NovaWalk and UltraWalk walking pads, T12 folding treadmills, and S-series indoor cycling and recumbent bikes. Its rowers come in air, water, magnetic and dual-resistance designs, and several Aura models have built-in HD screens. The strength and wellness side adds curved whole-body vibration plates, a foldable weight bench, an ab machine, a seated hip abductor, and mini and vertical stair steppers.
Shoppers can browse by goal, such as weight loss, strength or relaxation, as well as by machine type. The brand runs its own Merach app for home training, publishes assembly guides and a rower buyer's guide, and backs its equipment with a 2-year warranty.

What is MERACH's return policy?
30 days for undamaged, complete, resellable items in original packaging; refunds lose shipping and restocking fees, and damage must be reported within 24 hours.
Does MERACH have student and military discounts?
Yes. 8% off for military, first responders, healthcare workers, teachers, government employees, students and seniors, with verification required.
What payment methods does MERACH accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and UnionPay cards, plus PayPal, Apple Pay, Afterpay, Klarna and HSA/FSA through Flex.

How to use a MERACH discount code
- Codes go in during MERACH's checkout, and only one discount carries per order, since coupons cannot be combined with other offers or added to a past order.
- That turns the 8% Hero Discount and a seasonal sale code into an either-or choice, so compare both on the actual treadmill or rower before paying.
- Military and teacher buyers have to pass verification before the Hero rate applies.
- Paying by PayPal eCheck holds the shipment until the eCheck clears, which can take up to 7 business days, and a machine going back later costs return shipping plus restocking fees unless MERACH was at fault.
- Report any damage within 24 hours with photos or video.
More ways to save at MERACH
- The Fall Back Into Fitness sale, last seen in September, has advertised spin-to-save prizes of up to 40% and up to $300 off fall fitness essentials.
- Existing customers have been offered 10% off sitewide on a next order, and a review with real photos or video earns a separate 10% code valid for 180 days.
- HSA/FSA payment through Flex, Afterpay and Klarna change how a walking pad or bike is paid for rather than lowering its price.
MERACH questions, answered
Who qualifies for the MERACH Hero Discount?
Military members, first responders, healthcare workers, teachers, government employees, students and seniors can claim 8% off. Military and teacher claims need verification first.
Can a MERACH coupon be applied to an earlier order?
Coupons cannot be applied to past orders, and they cannot be combined with other offers either. Most are limited to one use per customer.
Does MERACH deliver to Alaska or Hawaii?
The U.S. store ships only to the contiguous 48 states, excluding P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii and Guam. Canada, Australia, Mexico and Europe have separate storefronts.
What does the MERACH home trial cover?
Equipment comes with a 30-day home trial backed by a money-back guarantee. Refunds follow the return rules, which deduct shipping and restocking fees unless MERACH was at fault.
Can MERACH equipment be paid for with HSA or FSA funds?
HSA/FSA payment is accepted through Flex at checkout. Afterpay and Klarna are listed as payment options as well.
How quickly must damage be reported to MERACH?
Damage or defects have to be reported within 24 hours, with photos or video. Delivery is curbside, so inspecting the box on arrival helps meet that deadline.
