About Minooy

Minooy makes women's leather bags, from crossbodies, handbags and clutches to backpacks, totes and wallets, under a label established in 2020.

Because every parcel leaves from Shenzhen, China, the $109 mark matters most: above it, standard air mail costs nothing to any country, while the charge on smaller baskets is never published.

Minooy works in full-grain leather and says its team brings more than 30 years of experience making bags for a similar market. Designs center on organization, with multiple compartments and generous pocket space, and the brand says it releases a new design every week. Bags can be browsed by capacity, from mini styles to large travel bags, and many product names list volume in liters, such as the Aphrodite phone crossbody at 1.5L.

Named styles include the Naya, Athena, Thea and Doris crossbodies, the Bali three-layer crossbody, the Urania clutch and the Hera crossbody tote. The range also covers purses with built-in wallets, co-designed bags, mini wallets and woven bag straps, and the brand runs a one-order, one-tree program.

When shoppers look for Minooy coupons

Minooy coupon searches peak in January, about 1.3× a typical month, and dip lowest in November.

US Google searches, Sep 2025 to Aug 2026. Search interest, not sales.

Does Minooy offer free shipping?

Yes. Baskets over $109 travel free by standard air mail worldwide; what a smaller order pays for postage is not stated.

How long does Minooy shipping take?

Bags leave Shenzhen within 2-3 working days and take about 10-15 working days more, with no delivery to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

What is Minooy's return policy?

A 30-day window from receipt covers a refund or exchange for undamaged bags in original packaging, and no restocking fee is charged.

What payment methods does Minooy accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna, with PayPal limited to selected countries.

More about shopping at Minooy

Return postage
When the store is not at fault, the buyer covers shipping both ways and loses the shipping fees, though a US return address is available.
Warranty
Most items carry a 30-day warranty from receipt for repair or exchange; physical damage and misuse fall outside it.
Customs
Checkout adds no taxes or hidden fees, but duties and import taxes in the destination country fall on the recipient.
Sign-up reward
A $10 reward is advertised for signing up, although the site leaves unclear whether it arrives by email or text.
Seasonal sale
The Fall Sale was running in late September, with money taken off either a single bag or a pair.

How to use a Minooy discount code

  1. Minooy's checkout page carries the discount code box, so a code goes in there once shipping details are filled in rather than on the bag page.
  2. Anyone chasing the $10 sign-up reward should register before reaching checkout so the reward is ready to use.
  3. During the Fall Sale the savings are tiered by quantity: $20 comes off one bag and $45 off two, and a pair of leather bags will often clear the $109 free air mail line in the same move.
  4. The total shown is the real one, since the product subtotal plus shipping is all that gets charged, with no taxes added on top.

More ways to save at Minooy

  • The two-bag tier of the Fall Sale gives the larger cut per order, which makes a crossbody-and-tote pairing the obvious play while it lasts.
  • Shoppers outside the US should count local duties before judging a deal, since those land on the recipient after delivery.
  • Keeping tags and original packaging intact preserves the 30-day refund or exchange, but a change-of-mind return still costs postage both ways, so picking the right style the first time saves more than any code.

Minooy questions, answered

What does a new Minooy shopper get for signing up?

The site advertises a $10 reward for signing up. It does not say whether the sign-up happens by email or by SMS.

When does Minooy ship an order for free?

Orders over $109 go out free by standard air mail, and that threshold applies worldwide. The rate for smaller orders is not listed.

How long does a Minooy bag take to arrive?

Dispatch from Shenzhen takes 2-3 working days, then standard delivery runs about 10-15 working days. PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses cannot receive the parcels.

Will customs or sales tax be added to a Minooy order?

Checkout adds no taxes or hidden fees, so the total is the subtotal plus shipping. Any customs duties and import taxes in the destination country are the recipient's to pay.

How much does the Minooy Fall Sale take off?

Banners during the Fall Sale showed $20 off one bag and $45 off two bags, with the sale running in late September.
