About Mytheresa

Mytheresa is a luxury fashion store selling clothing, shoes, bags, accessories and fine jewelry for women, men and kids, from labels such as Phoebe Philo, Balenciaga, Bvlgari and Brunello Cucinelli.

For a US order, the figure to know is $400. Below it, express delivery costs $25.00, and above it, shipping is free.

Mytheresa bills itself as "The Finest Edit in Luxury", and its US storefront is organised into Women, Men, Kids and a lifestyle section called LIFE. Beyond clothing, shoes and bags, the edit runs to vacation wear and fine jewelry, with watches such as the Bvlgari Octo Finissimo appearing among the men's new arrivals.

The designer roster is broad. Recent arrivals on the homepage included evening gowns from Jenny Packham, Georges Hobeika and Stella McCartney, footwear from Aquazzura, Miu Miu and Jimmy Choo, menswear from Zegna, Saint Laurent, Gucci and Dolce&Gabbana, and jewelry from David Yurman, Suzanne Kalan and Shay Jewelry. Shoppers can also browse by designer or use the Mytheresa app.

When shoppers look for Mytheresa coupons

Mytheresa coupon searches peak in May, about 1.3× a typical month, and dip lowest in August.

US Google searches, Sep 2025 to Aug 2026. Search interest, not sales.

Does Mytheresa offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders over $400 delivered within the US ship free; below that line, every order pays the express rate.

How long does Mytheresa shipping take?

DHL Express or FedEx Express carry US orders in 1-3 business days, dispatched within one business day of payment; PO boxes aren't served.

What is Mytheresa's return policy?

You have 30 days from receipt for unworn, unwashed, unaltered items with tags, boxes and dust bags, sent in one parcel with one prepaid label.

More about shopping at Mytheresa

Duties
US orders under $800 aren't charged customs duties or taxes; above $800, duties and handling fees are built into the total price.
Sales tax
Mytheresa adds local sales tax at checkout for deliveries to selected states.
Refunds
Money goes back to the original payment method or as store credit; shipping, insurance and handling costs aren't refunded.
Non-returnable
Final sale items, gift cards and customized pieces can't be returned, and an exchange is for a different size, once.
International

How to use a Mytheresa coupon

  1. A Mytheresa coupon has one catch worth knowing before you pay.
  2. If you later return part of the order, any discount, coupon or free item from it is prorated across the items.
  3. A code that took money off a coat and a bag shrinks when the bag goes back, so the refund reflects the discounted price, not the full one.
  4. Check the total against the $400 free shipping line too.
  5. A code that pulls a US order below it can bring back the $25.00 delivery charge.

If your Mytheresa code doesn't work

  • Minimum order: "Save 20% on Orders of $500 or More Sitewide" needs an order of at least $500; "Score 40% Savings When You Spend $499" needs an order of at least $499.
  • New customers only: "Discover up to 5% off Your First Order" is for a first order.
  • End date: "Save 10%" ends Nov 17, 2026; "Get 20% Discount w/ Promotional Code" ends Nov 18, 2026.

More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.

More ways to save at Mytheresa

  • The duty rule can matter as much as a coupon on a big order.
  • US deliveries under $800 carry no customs duties or taxes, while above $800 the duties and handling fees are folded into the price you see.
  • Store credit is one of the refund options, which keeps the value at Mytheresa if you plan to shop there again.
  • Returns go back in one parcel with one label, so send everything you're returning together.

Mytheresa questions, answered

Does Mytheresa charge US customs duties?

Orders under $800 delivered to the US aren't charged customs duties or taxes. Above $800, duties and handling fees are included in the total price.

What happens to a coupon if part of a Mytheresa order is returned?

Discounts, coupons and free items from the original order are prorated when part of it comes back. The refund for each returned piece reflects its share of the discount.

Can you exchange an item at Mytheresa?

Mytheresa exchanges cover a different size only, and only once. Final sale items, gift cards and customized pieces can't be returned at all.

Does Mytheresa ship outside the US?

Mytheresa delivers to over 130 countries. Costs and delivery options depend on where the order is going.
