About Monsoon
Monsoon sells women's and children's clothing, shoes and accessories, with a strong line in occasionwear, partywear and bridesmaid outfits.
For UK shoppers, the free Monsoon Reward scheme matters most: members get free standard delivery over £20 and 15% off a first shop of full-price pieces.
Monsoon Brands Ltd runs the store, and alongside Monsoon's own lines it sells East, a separate label with its own clothing and accessories. Women's sizes run from 8 to 24, children's ranges are split into baby (0-3 years), girls (3-13 years) and boys (2-13 years), and seasonal edits include a Christmas Collection, The Velvet Edit and a Cord & Suedette collection.
Weddings are a particular focus, with outfits for the bride, mother of the bride, guests, flower girls and page boys. Monsoon Reward members who spend £500 within 12 months move up to VIP status, which adds double points days. Gift cards stay valid for 24 months, and e-gift cards are sold in set amounts between £10 and £200.

How to use a Monsoon discount code
- Monsoon allows one promotion per customer and per transaction, and offers don't combine unless stated.
- That makes the choice between the Reward welcome discount and a banner code worth a quick sum: the welcome 15% covers full-price items only, while a code seen on the site targeted selected reduced styles.
- Promotions skip gift cards, delivery charges and tax-free purchases, and some categories may be left out.
- When autumn layers already sit at up to 30% off, check whether your basket qualifies before counting on a further reduction.
If your Monsoon code doesn't work
- Exclusions: Promotions exclude gift cards, delivery charges and tax-free purchases, and may exclude certain categories.
- Combining offers: Promotions can't be combined with other offers unless stated and are limited to one use per customer and per transaction.
- New customers only: 15% on a first order (sign up to Monsoon Reward; full-price items only) does not apply to repeat orders.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Monsoon
- Points are the slow saving: 100 of them convert into a £10 voucher, issued 30 days after the order.
- Birthday treats come with membership too.
- Clearance has listed reductions of up to 60%, and special occasion styles up to 30% off, handy for bridesmaid dresses.
- A student discount page exists, though its terms weren't readable.
- An international delivery page is linked from the footer, without costs shown.
