About NicoBlu
NicoBlu dresses women for occasions, travel and resort trips, with kaftans, dresses, tops, jewelry and accessories shipped from Stamford, Connecticut since 2020.
Ground shipping costs nothing on any US order, so the saving that counts is the one-time 15% welcome discount for joining the email or SMS list, which works online only and skips several designer handbag and hat lines.
NicoBlu designs its collections in Connecticut and organizes them by occasion, from black tie and cocktail looks to wedding guest dresses and resort getaways. The clothing range includes The Silk Kaftan Collection, sheath and tunic dresses, The Katherine Slim White Jean and cover-ups, with petite sizes P0-P14 and plus sizes W14-W20.
Accessories include belts crafted in Italy, pashmina shawls in more than 15 colors, Paris-designed handbags and The Betty Clutch. The brand also names a cultural ambassador, Mary Millben, and publishes a supply chain commitment.
When shoppers look for NicoBlu coupons
NicoBlu coupon searches peak in February, about 1.8× a typical month, and dip lowest in August.
Does NicoBlu offer free shipping?
Yes. Free ground shipping on every US order, Puerto Rico and Alaska included; orders leave within 24-48 hours and arrive in 5-7 business days.
What is NicoBlu's return policy?
Unworn, unwashed, unaltered pieces with hang tags attached go back within 30 days; the prepaid label costs $9.95, waived for exchanges or store credit.
What payment methods does NicoBlu accept?

How to use a NicoBlu discount code
- NicoBlu takes promo codes at checkout, and on its Shopify storefront the discount box sits in the order summary of the checkout page.
- The welcome code only arrives after signing up for the email or SMS list, so subscribe before building the cart.
- It works once per customer, online only, and cannot be paired with any other offer or discount.
- Handbags from Marquise Paris or Campomaggi, Campomaggi belts and Rheinhard Plank hats stay at full price even with the code, so a basket mixing those with dresses or kaftans only discounts the reSt. Pre-orders are charged when placed and ship once the item is available, so a code used on one takes effect at that moment.
If your NicoBlu code doesn't work
- Exclusions: The welcome discount excludes Marquise Paris handbags, Rheinhard Plank hats, and Campomaggi handbags and belts.
- Combining offers: The welcome 15% off cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
- New customers only: 15% off a first order (welcome discount for subscribing to the email or SMS newsletter; one use per customer, online only) does not apply to repeat orders.
- Where to enter it: Promo codes are entered at checkout.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at NicoBlu
- With shipping already free across the US, the easiest cost to trim is on returns: sending a self-arranged label, choosing an exchange or taking store credit waives the $9.95 prepaid-label fee.
- Affirm and Shop Pay installments spread the cost of a larger order rather than reduce it.
- Gift cards from $50 suit a resort-season present.
- Anyone needing an outfit quickly can pay extra for an expedited service, and weekday express orders placed by 3pm EST leave the same day.
NicoBlu questions, answered
How much is the NicoBlu welcome discount?
New subscribers to the email or SMS list get 15% off, usable once per customer and online only.
Can the NicoBlu welcome code be combined with other offers?
The 15% welcome discount cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. It also excludes Marquise Paris handbags, Rheinhard Plank hats, and Campomaggi handbags and belts.
Does NicoBlu charge for shipping?
Ground shipping is free on every US order, including Puerto Rico and Alaska. Expedited options cost extra, and worldwide orders travel by DHL with duties charged at checkout.
What does a NicoBlu return cost?
Refunds to the original payment lose $9.95 when the prepaid label is used. The fee disappears for customers who send their own label, exchange, or take store credit.
How long do NicoBlu refunds take?
Returns are processed in 8-12 business days after they arrive, and the refund follows 3-5 business days later.
Are Marquise Paris handbags returnable at NicoBlu?
Those handbags have a shorter window of 15 days from receipt, and they go back only for store credit or an exchange.
Does NicoBlu offer financing?
Affirm is among the accepted payment options, alongside Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Amazon Pay and Google Pay.
