About minnow
minnow, the Laguna Beach family brand founded by Morgan Smith, sells swimwear, clothing, cashmere knits, sleepwear and beach accessories for babies, kids, women and men.
One rule shapes every order: only a single discount code or loyalty redemption code is accepted, so the 15% welcome code and sunseekers points cannot be used together.
Morgan Smith started minnow after jobs in Los Angeles and New York and a background in marketing premium products, launching it in Laguna Beach, where she grew up; she is now raising three children with her husband in Charleston, South Carolina. The brand began as a children's swimwear collection built on custom prints and hand-finished production.
The range has since grown to include a cashmere collection, the cabana capsule, a heritage collection and a tennis shop, plus a monogram shop for personalized pieces. A beach market sells towels, umbrellas, chairs, bikes and scooters, the minnow archive lets families buy and sell pre-loved pieces, and there is also a physical store.
When shoppers look for minnow coupons
minnow coupon searches peak in June, about 1.8× a typical month, and dip lowest in October.
Does minnow offer free shipping?
Yes. Domestic standard shipping is free over $200; below that it is $7 flat via USPS, DHL or Amazon, arriving in 2-7 business days.
How long does minnow shipping take?
UPS 2nd Day Air costs $20 and Next Day Air $30, with no weekend delivery; orders leave in 3-5 business days.
What is minnow's return policy?
Unworn full-price pieces with hang tags and hygienic liner can return within 30 days; an $8 handling fee comes off refunds.

How to use a minnow discount code
- minnow runs on Shopify, so the discount box is in the order summary on the checkout page.
- Because the box takes only one code per order, choose between the 15% welcome code on a first order and a sunseekers redemption code; the two cannot be combined.
- Points only apply to full-price minnow items, not Beach Market pieces, and cannot be redeemed while a sale is on.
- Anything bought on sale, monogrammed or from Banwood is final, so a code used on those pieces locks the purchase in.
- Monogrammed orders also take 10-14 business days to ship, and paying for expedited shipping does not speed up the embroidery.
If your minnow code doesn't work
- Exclusions: Loyalty points apply only to full-price minnow items, not Beach Market items, and cannot be redeemed during sales; Banwood items are final sale and ship only in the continental US.
- One code per order: Only one discount code or loyalty redemption code per order; codes cannot be stacked.
- New customers only: 15% off a first order (a 15% welcome code valid on first-time customer orders only) does not apply to repeat orders.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at minnow
- The sunseekers program is the long-term route: points come from shopping, sharing and following, and higher tiers add point multipliers, bonus points, early access and, at the top tier, free US shipping on every order.
- Points lapse after one year, so they are worth redeeming on a full-price order before then.
- The minnow archive lets families buy pre-loved minnow and sell outgrown suits for credit or cash.
- One caution from minnow itself: there is no online outlet, and discounted look-alike sites selling the brand are counterfeit.
minnow questions, answered
Can minnow codes be stacked?
Only one discount code or loyalty redemption code is accepted per order, so codes cannot be stacked.
Does minnow have an outlet site?
minnow has no online outlet, and discounted look-alike sites are counterfeit. Pre-loved pieces are bought and sold through the minnow archive instead.
Can sunseekers points be used during a minnow sale?
Points cannot be redeemed during sales and apply only to full-price minnow items, not Beach Market items. Each $10 reward costs 100 points.
Is there a fee on minnow returns?
An $8 handling fee is deducted from refunds on returned full-price items, which must be unworn with hang tags and hygienic liner. One exchange per order is free.
How long do monogrammed minnow orders take?
Monogrammed orders take 10-14 business days to ship, and choosing expedited shipping does not speed up the embroidery. Monogrammed items are also final sale.
Does minnow ship internationally?
International orders ship through Passport, with shipping and duties or taxes paid at checkout. Exchanges are not offered on international orders.
