About Oak & Luna

Oak & Luna makes personalized jewelry to order: name and initial necklaces, bracelets, earrings and rings in gold vermeil, silver and solid gold.

Because each piece is crafted after you buy it, personalized items can't come back for a cash refund, only for an exchange or store credit. Check the spelling twice before you pay.

Oak & Luna works without stocked inventory: engraving, stone setting, polishing and the last inspection are all done by artisans once an order arrives. Alongside the personalized pieces, it sells medallions, charms, anklets, paperclip and layered chains, chunky hoops and signet rings, with enamel, diamond and gemstone options and a Ready to Ship section for faster gifts.

Designer collaborations include THE KIT by Abby Arad and All Hours by Stephanie Gottlieb, and other lines include the Singapore, Inez, Tennis, Lock & Luna, Zodiac and Lifestones collections, plus a mini range called The Small Things. The brand ships to Canada, Europe and other countries, takes bulk orders and runs a free Key Club rewards program.

When shoppers look for Oak & Luna coupons

Oak & Luna coupon searches peak in December, about 2.3× a typical month, and dip lowest in March.

US Google searches, Sep 2025 to Aug 2026. Search interest, not sales.

Does Oak & Luna offer free shipping?

Yes. Standard delivery is free on every order, an express option exists, and pieces leave manufacturing facilities outside the US.

How long does Oak & Luna shipping take?

These addresses get standard shipping only, so the express upgrade isn't available to them.

What is Oak & Luna's return policy?

Non-personalized pieces have a 30-day refund window, and every item must be new, unworn and approved before you send it back.

Does Oak & Luna have a student discount?

Yes. A footer link sends students to Student Beans for a discount whose amount isn't stated.

What payment methods does Oak & Luna accept?

PayPal is accepted; the help center doesn't list the other methods.

How to use a Oak & Luna promo code

  1. Oak & Luna's pages don't describe where the code box sits, so keep the code handy and confirm the total drops before you pay.
  2. If you want the 15% subscriber offer, subscribe by email first, since the banner ties it to signing up.
  3. Log in to Key Club as well, so the order still earns keys at 10 per $10.
  4. A code can't fix a misspelled name later: personalized pieces never get a cash refund.
  5. If something looks wrong after ordering, you have 2 hours to cancel it.

More ways to save at Oak & Luna

  • Key Club is where repeat buyers gain the moSt. Beyond the sign-up keys, members get a birthday treat, VIP shipping perks and members-only sales, but unused keys expire after a year, so spend them on the next necklace or ring.
  • Referring a friend adds keys once that friend makes a purchase.
  • Gift cards are sold too, but they can't be returned or refunded.
  • The footer also links to an essential worker discount; its terms weren't on the pages read, so check that page before you rely on it.

Oak & Luna questions, answered

Does Oak & Luna charge for shipping?

Standard shipping costs nothing on any order, and an express option is offered on top. P.O. box and APO addresses can only use the standard service.

Can personalized Oak & Luna jewelry be returned?

Personalized pieces can be exchanged or returned for store credit, but not refunded. They still need to be new, unworn and approved in advance.

How much are Oak & Luna Key Club keys worth?

Ten keys equal $1, and you earn 10 keys for every $10 you spend. Keys left unused for a year expire.

Does Oak & Luna ship outside the US?

It ships to Canada, Europe and worldwide. Prices for Australia, Canada and Europe include taxes and duties, while shoppers elsewhere may owe local duties.

How long is there to cancel an Oak & Luna order?

Orders can be cancelled up to 2 hours after they're placed. Each piece is crafted on demand by artisans once the order is in.
