About Olivia & Pearl
Olivia & Pearl is a UK-based jeweller selling cultured pearl and gemstone necklaces, earrings, bracelets, rings and sets in sterling silver, gold vermeil and solid gold, using AAA+ graded pearls sourced directly from suppliers.
For US shoppers the rule that shapes every saving is that discount codes stop working on marked-down pieces and during sales, so the 20% sign-up offer belongs on full-price jewellery.
Olivia & Pearl grew out of founder Olivia's lifelong interest in pearls, and the brand sets out to recast the pearl as a modern, everyday piece rather than a formal heirloom. It names the Barbados Sea Turtle Project as its conservation partner and pledges 2% of sales to it.
Collections include Keshi, Aphrodite, Mother of Pearl, Once Upon a Pearl, Oh So Fine, and the Wedding and Tennis collections, alongside curated edits with Sophie Hellyer and Manon La Greve. Metal options extend to rose gold vermeil and 14k solid gold, some pieces add diamonds, and the gift shop groups jewelry for weddings, birthdays and business gifts. Repairs are handled in house.
When shoppers look for Olivia & Pearl coupons
Olivia & Pearl coupon searches peak in December, about 4.4× a typical month, and dip lowest in August.
Does Olivia & Pearl offer free shipping?
Yes. US orders above $150 ship express free; below that the 2-4 business day express service costs $10.
What is Olivia & Pearl's return policy?
30 days from receipt for unworn pieces with tags and original packaging; earring sets only if untried and reported within 48 hours.

How to use a Olivia & Pearl promo code
- Olivia & Pearl uses Shopify, so the discount box sits in the order summary on the checkout page.
- The 20% welcome offer comes from signing up, and the banner does not say whether that means the email list or an account, so finish sign-up before building the basket.
- A code will not reduce marked-down jewellery, cannot be paired with another promotion and does not work at all while a sale is running; Black Friday codes in particular cannot be combined with any other offer.
- Codes also cannot buy gift cards, and an order placed before an offer began cannot claim it afterwards.
If your Olivia & Pearl code doesn't work
- Exclusions: Offer codes cannot be used to buy gift cards; codes do not apply to orders placed before an offer starts.
- Combining offers: Discount codes do not work on marked-down items, with other promotions, or during sales; Black Friday codes cannot be combined with any other offer.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Olivia & Pearl
- The Pearl Rewards Program is linked from the site menu, though its earning terms were not readable, and a student discount page exists without a stated amount.
- The steadier savings are structural: crossing $150 turns the $10 express fee into free delivery, prepaid duties mean no surprise charge on arrival from the UK, and free exchanges make swapping a length or style cheaper than a return, where $10 comes off the refund.
Olivia & Pearl questions, answered
Does the Olivia & Pearl sign-up discount work on sale jewellery?
Discount codes do not apply to marked-down items or during sales, so the 20% sign-up offer only helps on full-price pieces.
Will US customers pay customs on an Olivia & Pearl order?
Duties and taxes are prepaid on US orders, so nothing extra is due at delivery even though parcels ship from the UK.
Is there an Olivia & Pearl student discount?
A student discount page is on the site, but its amount and how students are verified could not be read.
Can Olivia & Pearl earrings be returned?
Earring sets are returnable only if they have not been tried on and the return is reported within 48 hours of receipt; other pieces have 30 days.
Do Olivia & Pearl gift cards expire?
E-gift cards expire one year from purchase, are sold in British pounds and can only be redeemed on the website.
What does the Olivia & Pearl warranty cover?
A five-year warranty applies with proof of purchase. Manufacturing breakages in the first six months are repaired or replaced free, and repairs after that are charged.
