How Outcast discounts work
Outcast doesn't list public promo codes. Its savings come through its loyalty program, referrals and the sale collection.
Create an account to check into Heartbreak Hotel and you get 40 points. Once you reach 300 points, you can redeem them as discounts on future orders. A friend who's never shopped there gets 10% off their first order through your referral, and you get 10% off your next one.
Students can verify their status for a 10% off code. Also check the sale collection, where new items get added.

About Outcast
Outcast designs women's dresses, sets, tops, swimwear and party and festival outfits in-house, with its own prints, and runs its support on Australian (AEST) hours.
Prices are in Australian dollars. Check the returns rule before you spend: change-of-mind returns come back as store credit only, and anything bought on sale is final.
Does Outcast offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard delivery to metro and rural addresses is free over A$100, and express is free over A$150.
How long does Outcast shipping take?
Below those lines, metro standard costs A$7.99 for 2-8 business days and express A$10.99 for 1-3; fulfilment adds 1-3 business days.
What is Outcast's return policy?
30 days for unworn items with tags, credited as store credit only, minus a fixed A$12 fee unless the item is faulty or wrong.
What payment methods does Outcast accept?
Credit or debit card, Shop Pay, PayPal and Afterpay are the methods named for Australian exchanges.

How to use a Outcast discount code
- Outcast sells through Shopify, so the discount box sits in the order summary on the checkout page.
- Only one promotion fits an order: a referral discount can't sit alongside another offer, so pick the larger saving before you pay.
- A code can't be added to an order after it's placed, either.
- If your basket mixes sale and full-price pieces, remember the sale ones are final, while full-price returns earn store credit rather than money back.
If your Outcast code doesn't work
- Combining offers: Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or applied to past orders.
- App offer: Outcast has a discount for orders in its app.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Outcast
- Joining Heartbreak Hotel costs nothing and adds 40 bonus points straight away, and email subscribers get a birthday reward.
- The Outcast app carries app-only offers and early sale access, though no amount is stated.
- Australian customers can get a student discount; the amount and the verification service weren't on the page read.
- Digital gift cards are sold too, but points can't be spent on them.
Outcast questions, answered
What do you get for signing up at Outcast?
Joining Heartbreak Hotel, the free points program, adds 40 bonus points, and email subscribers also receive a birthday reward. Points turn into discounts once you reach 300.
Does Outcast deliver to the US?
The rate table doesn't name the US, so it isn't stated whether US addresses fall under Rest of World. That service takes 5-20 business days, costs US$10 below US$200, and the buyer pays duties and taxes.
Can sale items from Outcast be returned?
Sale items are final sale, and underwear is excluded too. Full-price returns within 30 days become store credit, which doesn't expire and can be spread over several orders.
Can Outcast swap a dress for a different size?
Australian customers can use Instant Exchange to swap a full-price item for another size before sending the original back.
Does Outcast offer same-day delivery?
Eligible Gold Coast postcodes can get same-day delivery for A$19.99 on weekday orders placed by 9:30am AEST.
