About The Period Company
The Period Company makes reusable period underwear, period swimwear and bladder-leak underwear in sizes XS to 6X, meant to replace tampons and pads.
Discounts come with a catch worth knowing first: marked-down items are final sale, and even full-price returns earn store credit or an exchange rather than money back, so the size should be settled before a code goes in.
The Period Company organizes its underwear by flow, with High Waisted, Extra Coverage and Bikini cuts in organic cotton, cotton, microfiber and a SportyStretch fabric made for workouts, plus a teen range. Heavy-flow pairs use a four-layer absorbent pad under a wicking top layer and, according to the brand, can absorb as much as 9 tampons' worth; it also suggests them for postpartum and perimenopause.
The organic cotton body is 95% organic cotton and 5% spandex, over polyester absorbent and leak-resistant layers, and the company says it uses no toxins in its products. Pairs can go in a regular wash without bleach. Beyond its own website, the brand lists retailers and a store locator, and it takes wholesale inquiries.

How to use a The Period Company discount code
- Codes for The Period Company go into the discount box in the order summary on the checkout page, the standard Shopify layout.
- The 10% welcome code arrives only after signing up for the email list, and the 20% community rate needs an ID.me verification first, so both steps come before checkout.
- Some styles are excluded from discounts, and anything bought at a discount becomes final sale.
- When several pairs are in one order, the brand asks buyers to open and try a single pair so the rest stay exchangeable; that advice mainly helps full-price orders, since discounted pairs cannot be exchanged anyway.
If your The Period Company code doesn't work
- Exclusions: Some styles are excluded from discounts, and discounted items are final sale.
- New customers only: 10% off a first order (sign up for the email list) does not apply to repeat orders.
- End date: "10% Off Orders" ends Nov 12, 2026.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at The Period Company
- The ID.me route gives the deepest standing rate: 20% for students, teachers, military, nurses and first responders.
- Customers who share a personal referral code earn a 10% commission paid out as cash, while their friends save 10%.
- HSA and FSA cards are accepted, which lets shoppers spend health-account balances on period underwear.
- Crossing $70 removes the shipping charge for continental orders, and store credit from a return arrives as a digital gift card that never expires.
