About Roku

Roku sells its own streaming players and Roku-made TVs on roku.com, along with smart home cameras, doorbells, lights, plugs, audio and accessories.

Players, smart home gear and accessories ship free by USPS ground on any order, while TVs carry shipping and handling fees shown before checkout.

When shoppers look for Roku coupons

Roku coupon searches peak in July, about 6.8× a typical month, and dip lowest in June.

US Google searches, Sep 2025 to Aug 2026. Search interest, not sales.

Does Roku offer free shipping?

Yes. Streaming players, smart home gear and accessories ship free by USPS ground to the US, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.

How long does Roku shipping take?

TVs pay shipping and handling and go only to physical addresses in the 50 states and DC, never PO boxes.

What is Roku's return policy?

roku.com purchases have 30 days from the ship date, and you pay return postage except on Roku TV Wireless Speakers.

How to use a Roku coupon

  1. Roku's pages don't describe a promo code box, and no public Roku code or banner deal was listed when the site was read.
  2. If you hold a code, a TV is where it earns the most, because TVs are the one category that pays shipping and handling.
  3. On a streaming player or smart plug, shipping is already free, so the code is the whole saving.
  4. Weigh returns before you buy, too.
  5. You pay the postage on most returns, and a discount doesn't change that.

If your Roku code doesn't work

  • New customers only: "50% Off Roku Orders" is for a first order.
  • End date: "Up to 5% Off Any Purchase" ends Nov 16, 2026; "50% Off Roku Orders" ends Nov 16, 2026.

More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.

More ways to save at Roku

  • Free shipping on players, smart home gear and accessories needs no minimum, so even a single smart plug ships at no coSt. Free trials on Roku-billed subscriptions renew as paid plans unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  • If a Roku-made device breaks, check the warranty replacement route before buying a new one, since it also covers units bought from other retailers.

Roku questions, answered

Does Roku charge for shipping?

Streaming players, smart home products and accessories ship free by USPS ground on any order. TVs carry shipping and handling fees, shown before checkout.

How fast does a roku.com order ship?

Orders received by 12 pm ET, Monday to Friday, ship the same day. Delivery then takes 1-3 days.

Who pays return shipping on a Roku return?

The buyer pays return shipping, except on Roku TV Wireless Speakers. Select Series TV returns go through a support advisor with a prepaid FedEx label.

How long does a Roku refund take?

Refunds arrive in 7-10 business days. They cover the full price of the device and accessories.

Can you get money back on a Roku subscription?

Roku-billed subscriptions renew until you cancel, and partial terms aren't refunded. Free trials must be cancelled before they end.

Can a Roku bought at another store go back to Roku?

Roku's 30-day return policy covers only products bought on roku.com. A broken Roku-made device from another retailer may still qualify for a warranty replacement through an RMA request.
