About Saltrock
Saltrock is a Devon surf brand, started in 1988, selling hoodies, fleeces, coats, swimwear, wetsuits and changing robes for men, women and kids across the UK.
The rule that shapes savings here is that online discount codes work on full-price items only, unless linked to a sale, and skip accessories, boards, ponchos, wetsuits, changing robes and gift cards.
Saltrock was started by two surfing brothers, Angus and Ross, who landed in London while traveling in search of waves and took a train to Cornwall to reach the nearest surf. Short on money, they put together a screen-printing setup from salvaged scraps, printed their own surf-inspired designs on T-shirts and sold them out of an Austin Allegro. They named the brand after their favorite surf break in their home country of South Africa.
The designs quickly built a loyal following among surfers in the south west. Some of the original team still run the company, and it continues to design in Devon. Beyond clothing, the range covers kit for cold water swimming, van life, skateboarding and bodyboarding, along with a pet range and collections such as Base Camp and Lost Ships.

How to use a Saltrock discount code
- A Saltrock code needs a full-price basket.
- Accessories, boards, ponchos, wetsuits, changing robes and gift cards are left out, so a wetsuit or changing robe order won't drop with a code.
- The time-limited extra 10% off sale is the exception, as a code linked to the sale itself.
- After the discount, check that a UK mainland basket still clears £50, or standard delivery adds £3.95.
- Full-price buys also keep the longer 30-day return and the Christmas window, which sale items lose.
