About Secretlab
Secretlab sells ergonomic gaming and office chairs such as the TITAN Evo and ATLAS, plus MAGNUS computer and sit-to-stand desks and the accessories that go with them.
The email welcome code takes $20 off select accessories rather than a chair, so check which items qualify before you plan around it.
Secretlab sells straight to customers and says that cutting out middlemen keeps extra markups off its prices; it also points to an Ergonomics Advisory Board that guides its designs. The TITAN Evo is positioned as the flagship chair and the ATLAS as a task chair for focused work. Desks come in three forms: the MAGNUS Pro and MAGNUS Evo sit-to-stand models and the fixed-height MAGNUS Metal Desk.
The accessory range is wide: the OTTO legrest, footrests, single, dual and heavy-duty monitor arms for screens up to 57", a vertical stand for four monitors, SKINS covers that change a chair's look, lumbar pillows, cable management kits, a PC mount and MAGRGB lighting built with Nanoleaf. Everything arrives flat-packed, a chair typically takes about 20 minutes to put together, and warranty cover reaches 5 years.
When shoppers look for Secretlab coupons
Secretlab coupon searches peak in November, about 2.4× a typical month, and dip lowest in May.
How long does Secretlab shipping take?
Worked out at checkout by location, usually about $41 or more per chair or desk, sent by FedEx and UPS from Tennessee and Utah.
What payment methods does Secretlab accept?

How to use a Secretlab discount code
- Secretlab runs on Shopify, so the discount box is on the checkout page's order summary.
- The welcome code only arrives after you enter your email, and it works for first-time customers who reach the minimum spend on select accessories.
- Referral discounts and MAGNUS Rewards codes won't combine with other promotions, and they're blocked while a sale is running.
- If a sale already cuts the price of the chair you want, a friend's referral adds nothing on top, so compare the two before you pick one.
If your Secretlab code doesn't work
- Minimum order: "$96 off MAGNUS Evo Performance Preset with code SLEV-MEPP7LTO26" needs an order of at least $1.
- Combining offers: Referral discounts and MAGNUS Rewards codes cannot be used with other promotions or during a sale.
- New customers only: $20 off select accessories on a first order (enter your email to get a welcome code; first-time customers only, minimum spend applies) does not apply to repeat orders.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Secretlab
- Your own setup can earn extras.
- Post a public photo of your MAGNUS desk and you get a code for a free Ethernet Cable Extender, one per order and valid 6 months.
- A public post of your chair lifts the warranty from 3 to 5 years, which is worth more on a big purchase than a small code.
- When checked, banners mentioned HSA/FSA eligibility saving 30% on average and up to $150 off with a minimum spend, both time-limited.
- Free or discounted shipping turns up only as an occasional promotion.
Secretlab questions, answered
Where does Secretlab deliver?
Orders go to the 48 contiguous states only. PO boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses can't receive a Secretlab delivery.
How long does a Secretlab order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1 working day and delivered within 3 working days. They ship by FedEx or UPS from Tennessee and Utah.
Can a Secretlab chair be exchanged for a different model?
Exchanges for another variant or model aren't offered. A return starts through the Contact page, and the window depends on a policy document matched to your purchase date, so open that document or ask support before you unpack.
Does the Secretlab welcome code work on chairs?
The email sign-up code gives $20 off select accessories to first-time customers who meet a minimum spend. For $20 off an eligible chair or desk, the route is a friend's referral.
Does a Secretlab chair need assembly?
Everything ships flat-packed for self-assembly, and nothing arrives pre-assembled. Most people put a chair together in about 20 minutes.
