About Soft Surroundings

Soft Surroundings is a women's clothing brand built around artful details, cut in Misses, Petites and Women's Plus sizes from 2-26W and XS-3X.

It also sells shoes, jewelry, sleepwear and home and wellness items. Only one promotional offer fits each order, so pick your strongest one before you open the Shopping Bag.

Soft Surroundings says it has designed its collections for more than 25 years, and its story page puts proprietary prints, embellishments and unexpected finishes at the center of its look, balanced by simple silhouettes and comfortable fabrics.

Beyond tops, sweaters, pants and dresses, the clothing range takes in tunics, leggings, shapewear, swimwear and matching sets, while the home side includes bedding and beauty items. The site groups looks into themed edits such as Life in Layers, Artful Allure, The Guest List and The Fabric Shop. Shoppers can request a printed catalog, send e-gift cards by email, or join MySoftsurroundings Rewards, a paid membership with a free trial that returns cash back on purchases at Soft Surroundings and at partner retailers.

How to use a Soft Surroundings coupon

  1. Soft Surroundings takes codes in the Shopping Bag rather than on a later page.
  2. Click 'Enter Promo Code', type it in and press Apply.
  3. One promotional offer fits each order, and offers are single-use unless their terms say otherwise.
  4. Watch any minimum spend, because shipping and taxes don't count toward it, so your merchandise alone has to clear the bar.
  5. Bought something that dropped in price a few days later?
  6. Within 7 days of purchase, the store adjusts the price once, which can save more than chasing a fresh code.

If your Soft Surroundings code doesn't work

  • Minimum order: "25% Off Your Purchase" needs an order of at least $100; "20% Off $100+ Orders" needs an order of at least $100.
  • One code per order: Only one promotional offer per order; promotions cannot be combined, and offers are single-use unless stated. Shipping and taxes do not count toward a promotion's minimum.
  • End date: "25% Off Your Purchase" ends Nov 17, 2026; "20% Off Storewide" ends Nov 17, 2026.
  • Where to enter it: In the Shopping Bag, click 'Enter Promo Code', type the code and click Apply.

More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
