About Spartina 449
Founded in 2009 on Daufuskie Island, South Carolina, Spartina 449 sells coastal-style women's apparel, linen and leather handbags, jewelry, and travel and home accessories.
The rule that shapes every discount here is that orders placed with a coupon are not eligible for further discounts, so a single code has to carry the whole saving.
Spartina 449 was started by Kay Stanley, its founder and CEO, who first pictured a collection of linen and leather handbags printed with colorful patterns that reflect island heritage. The brand's signature linen comes from fields in Belgium, and its newer apparel uses silk, linen, cotton and cashmere. Its mermaid emblem draws on old sailors' stories of seeing mermaids in moonlit water.
Current collections include Seawall, Flagler, Castillo, St. Augustine and Admiral, along with Splash Tarnish-Free and Keynote Locket jewelry and a Greetings From line themed on 27 destinations. The catalog also covers tennis, pickleball and golf apparel. Beyond the website, Spartina 449 lists more than 19 locations, including stores in Bluffton, Hilton Head, Charleston, Savannah and Newport, Rhode Island.

How to use a Spartina 449 promo code
- Spartina 449 takes promo codes at checkout.
- Because an order placed with a discount or coupon is not eligible for further discounts, the choice between an open promotion and a single code has to be made before paying, and a promotion cannot be applied to a purchase already made.
- Promotions leave out some items, such as full-price leather and suede jackets, so a jacket in the cart may not be discounted.
- The $150 free-shipping line is measured after discounts, which means a code can pull a cart sitting just over the line back under it.
- Final-sale items bought on promotion cannot be returned.
If your Spartina 449 code doesn't work
- Exclusions: Promotions exclude some items, such as full-price leather and suede jackets; final-sale items cannot be returned.
- Combining offers: Orders placed with a discount or coupon are not eligible for further discounts, and promotions cannot be applied to earlier purchases.
- New customers only: "15% off Your First Purchase for Signing up" is for a first order.
- Where to enter it: Promo codes are entered at checkout.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.

- Digital gift cards arrive by email and work both online and in the brand's stores, but they cannot be cashed out.
