About Tea Collection
Tea Collection designs globally inspired clothes for babies, toddlers and kids, from 0-2T up to girls' and boys' 5-16, including dresses, pajamas, swim and outfit sets.
The independent, female-founded brand started in 2002, and the 20% email offer on a first order is the main code, since codes skip anything sale-priced.
Tea Collection takes its name from the drink, which its co-founder and CEO chose because tea is shared across almost every culture, whether as British high tea or a Japanese tea ceremony. She grew up near Memphis and credits a well-traveled great aunt with sparking the idea.
Each season the design team travels, sketches what it sees and turns it into original hand-drawn prints. Clothes are built with hand-me-downs in mind, meant to last through a second or third child. Beyond new collections, the site has a Pre-loved section, a Sibling Shop for matching outfits, velour pieces, a fundraising program for schools and groups, and its own boutiques. The company says it gives 10% of profits to the Global Fund for Children and grassroots organizations.
When shoppers look for Tea Collection coupons
Tea Collection coupon searches peak in November, about 1.8× a typical month, and dip lowest in January.
Does Tea Collection offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard US shipping is free once an order passes $150 after discounts and before tax, sent to one address.
How long does Tea Collection shipping take?
Below that, standard delivery costs $7.00 for 5-10 business days, and every order carries a $1.95 surcharge.
What is Tea Collection's return policy?
Returns within 60 days go back to your payment method; days 61-90 earn merchandise credit, less the return label cost.
Does Tea Collection price match?
If Tea's own site lists an item for less within 10 days, you get one adjustment: a refund within 2 days, credit after.

How to use a Tea Collection coupon
- Tea Collection runs on Shopify, so the discount box sits in the order summary on the checkout page.
- Codes work online only and pass over sale-priced pieces, Hello Kitty and Friends, Sets and gift cards, so a cart full of markdowns won't move.
- Offers can't be combined unless the terms say so.
- Watch the shipping math: the $150 line is measured after discounts, so a 20% code can pull a cart back under it and bring the $7.00 charge back.
- Orders can't be changed or cancelled once placed, so add the code before you pay.
If your Tea Collection code doesn't work
- Exclusions: Codes exclude sale-priced items, gift cards, Hello Kitty and Friends, Sets and Warehouse Sales unless stated; online only.
- Combining offers: Offers cannot be combined unless stated; sale prices are excluded from codes; no adjustments on previous purchases.
- New customers only: "20% off First Order" is for a first order.
- End date: "20% Off Rompers when you Buy 3 or More" ends Dec 31, 2026; "20% Off Dresses when you Buy 3 or More" ends Dec 31, 2026.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Tea Collection
- The email sign-up gives 20% off a first order.
- Bundles run at 20-25% off, and picking five or more select graphic tees takes 20% off them, which helps when a child is growing faSt. After you buy, check Tea's own prices for 10 days, since a drop earns a one-time adjustment.
- E-gift cards arrive by email with a unique code, though promo codes can't be used to buy them.
