About Reformation

Reformation makes women's dresses, tops, denim, sweaters, outerwear, shoes and bridal pieces in limited weekly runs from lower-impact materials, something it has done since 2009.

The US site banner already makes shipping free, so your saving comes from the 10% email sign-up offer and from keeping returns in check, since the store watches for excessive returns.

When shoppers look for Reformation coupons

Reformation coupon searches stay fairly even all year: April leads, February trails.

US Google searches, Oct 2025 to Sep 2026. Search interest, not sales.

Does Reformation offer free shipping?

Yes. A banner on the US storefront makes shipping free on every order, though delivery may be restricted to some addresses and sales tax is added where needed.

What is Reformation's return policy?

You get 30 days, and each return is started from your Reformation account. (read Oct 21, 2026)

How to use a Reformation coupon

  1. Reformation's 10% sign-up offer reaches you by email, so subscribe through the homepage prompt before you build your cart, not after.
  2. The store doesn't say whether it's limited to a first order, so save it for the order you care about moSt. No promo box position is printed on its help pages, so look for the field as you move through checkout and confirm the price drop before paying.
  3. With shipping already free, the code is where your saving comes from.
  4. Check fit before you buy, because every dress that goes back counts toward the returns monitoring that can cost you return privileges.

More ways to save at Reformation

  • Reformation produces its pieces in limited weekly runs, so a style you like isn't made in endless quantity, and holding out for a markdown is a gamble.
  • For someone else, an e-gift card from the footer link skips the sizing question.
  • Since the store may revoke return privileges for heavy returners, ordering the one size you're sure of costs less over time than ordering two and sending one back.

Reformation questions, answered

Does Reformation charge for shipping?

A banner on the US storefront says shipping is free on everything, with no minimum printed. Sales tax is still added where it's required.

Where does the Reformation 10% sign-up offer come from?

Join the email list through the homepage sign-up prompt to get the 10% offer. The code isn't shown on the site, and its conditions weren't readable.

Should Reformation shoes go back in the shoe box?

Shoes shouldn't be shipped back in the shoe box, since damage to it can lower your refund.

Can Reformation limit a shopper's returns?

The store monitors excessive returns and may revoke return privileges for accounts that send back too much.

Does Reformation sell gift cards?

E-gift cards are available through a link in the site footer.
