About The Entertainer
The Entertainer is a UK toy shop, also home to Early Learning Centre, selling toys, games, video gaming and outdoor play online and in stores.
Only one code fits each transaction, and the 10% welcome code from The Entertainer Rewards won't touch LEGO, Pokémon TCG, Nintendo, PlayStation, Xbox or Tonies.
The Entertainer is run by The Entertainer (Amersham) Limited from TEAL House in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, and it also offers franchises. Its range is sorted by type, from action figures, dolls, plush, construction sets and arts and crafts to puzzles, board games, pre-school toys, dress-up, STEM kits and pocket-money toys, and by age from newborn to 10 years old, with a section for grown-ups too.
Brands on its shelves include LEGO, Barbie, Hot Wheels, Meccano, Paw Patrol, Bluey and Happyland, alongside lines sold only at The Entertainer. Shoppers can use a Present Finder, look up in-store events, and browse hubs for Christmas, Halloween, football, trading cards, Pokémon and sensory toys.
Does The Entertainer offer free shipping?
Yes. UK orders over £39.99 ship free, and next-day delivery becomes free once the basket passes £75.
How long does The Entertainer shipping take?
Free, while delivery charges below the threshold are set out on the website but weren't printed on the pages read.
What is The Entertainer's return policy?
You have 28 days to send toys back in original packaging, resaleable, seals unbroken, at your own cost.
What payment methods does The Entertainer accept?
American Express and Klarna are the two payment options the site names.

How to use a The Entertainer discount code
- The promo code box sits in your basket at The Entertainer, so the new total shows before you head to payment.
- Your welcome code comes in the Rewards welcome email and lasts 30 days, online only.
- Codes can't be combined, so pick between the welcome code and a Birthday Club code rather than trying both.
- Both kinds exclude Pokémon TCG, Nintendo, PlayStation, Xbox, Tonies and gift cards, and the welcome code also leaves out LEGO.
- A basket of console games or trading cards won't gain anything from either code.
If your The Entertainer code doesn't work
- Exclusions: Welcome and birthday codes exclude LEGO (welcome only), Pokémon TCG, Nintendo, PlayStation, Xbox, Tonies and gift cards.
- Combining offers: One code per transaction; codes cannot be combined with other promo codes.
- New customers only: 10% off a first order (join The Entertainer Rewards by email; a unique code arrives in the welcome email, valid 30 days, online only) does not apply to repeat orders.
- End date: "Extra 20% Off Toys" ends Nov 21, 2026; "£20 Off Your Purchase" ends Nov 25, 2026.
- Where to enter it: Enter the code in the promo code box in your basket.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at The Entertainer
- The Entertainer Rewards is a free email club for UK adults, and members get early access and member offers beyond the welcome discount.
- The Birthday Club code is worth twice as much in a shop, at 20% off against 10% online, so a store trip near a birthday pays.
- Banner deals reached up to 50% off favourite brands, with 20% off Numberblocks sets at the last check.
- Gift cards are sold too.
