About Threads 4 Thought
Threads 4 Thought makes sustainability-focused everyday apparel for women and men, from tees, tops and sweatshirts to leggings, dresses and shoes, and has done so since Leigh and Eric Fleet founded it in 2006.
The first-order discount is the one to weigh: 15% off for joining the email list, or 20% when SMS sign-up is added, but only one code fits each order.
Threads 4 Thought started out in New York City with a line of soft, sustainable tees and is now based in Los Angeles. Its range has since grown into activewear and wardrobe staples, organized into lines such as Core Essentials and Core Active, along with matching sets, organic cotton tees, henleys, polos and button-down shirts for men. Recent pieces use fabrics the brand calls Feather Fleece, Feather Rib, Eco Stretch Woven and Mineral Wash Heavy Terry.
The label states that its factories hold sustainability certifications and that it backs partnerships tied to environmental protection and community resilience. Outside its own website, Threads 4 Thought turns up in Stitch Fix boxes, at REI stores, online at Nordstrom and in selected independent boutiques, and it takes wholesale inquiries from other shops.

How to use a Threads 4 Thought discount code
- Threads 4 Thought runs on Shopify, and its discount box sits in the order summary on the checkout page.
- For new customers, sign-up comes first: the 15% email offer, or 20% with SMS, is tied to joining the liSt. Only one discount or promo code works per order, and reward coupons cannot be combined with other codes, so a member holding a $25 rewards coupon has to choose between it and a promo code.
- Reward coupons also carry minimum purchases.
- If an item is later exchanged, the promo code used on the original order discounts the exchange as well.
If your Threads 4 Thought code doesn't work
- Combining offers: One discount or promo code per order; codes cannot be combined, and reward coupons cannot be combined with other codes.
- New customers only: 15% off (20% with SMS sign-up) on a first order (subscribe to the email list; SMS sign-up raises it to 20%) does not apply to repeat orders.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Threads 4 Thought
- The multi-buy bundles are the simplest route: 2 for $99 sweatshirts, 2 for $50 men's graphic tees and 2 for $60 women's organic cotton tees, all time-limited.
- Threads 4 Thought Rewards is free with an account and pays 10 points per $1 plus points for birthdays and reviews; redeemed rewards expire after 6 months.
- Referring a friend gives them $25 off.
- Anyone who buys just before a markdown can request a price adjustment within 7 days, and sales tax applies only to orders shipped to California.
