Tonal's trainer gauges a user's strength and sets the resistance for each rep, raising it in steps as small as one pound while logging progress automatically. Workouts are led by a roster of coaches whose specialties include yoga and Pilates, rehab-minded training, and prenatal and postpartum strength. A single membership covers unlimited accounts, so a whole household can share one machine. The shop also carries accessories, a performance range and a Tonal x Momentous collection.
The trainer and touchscreen come with a 2-year limited warranty, while smart accessories get 1 year. Tonal is built for adults 18 and over, ships and installs only within the 50 U.S. states, and lists HSA/FSA eligibility through Truemed for buyers who qualify.
