How TopMate discounts work
TopMate puts its discounts on the product itself. In its shop, parts and accessories marked Sale show the original price crossed out next to the current one, such as the lithium battery for the ES32 scooter. Check the Sale tags before you buy. Undamaged items can go back within 30 days, but you pay return shipping unless the item is defective.
About TopMate
TopMate makes foldable three-wheel electric mobility scooters for adults and seniors in its ES series, and also sells scooter parts plus computer accessories such as wireless mice and laptop coolers.
Before you look for a discount on a scooter, check your address: TopMate won't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island or U.S. territories.
TopMate is the trading name of Shenzhen Nipai Technology Co. Ltd, a Chinese electronics company whose business covers computer and mobile phone peripherals as well as outdoor and mobility products, backed by its own procurement team in China. On the computer side it lists monitor stands, wireless keyboard and mouse combos, and laptop coolers with adjustable heights and quiet fans.
The scooter range spans several ES models, including the ES11, ES15, ES32, ES33, ES35, ES36 and ES40, along with a four-wheel compact travel scooter. Many run on a removable 36V 7.8Ah battery pack, and some listings describe the scooters as airline approved. The shop also sells used units graded in excellent condition and a long list of spare parts, from replacement batteries and tires to extended axles, with a 2-year parts replacement warranty for quality faults.

How to use a TopMate coupon code
- TopMate's store runs on WooCommerce, and the pages read don't say where its code box appears, so look over the cart and checkout pages before you pay.
- Since only the product cost is refunded on a change-of-mind return, the shipping you paid stays spent if the scooter goes back.
- Choose free shipping at checkout if your order shows it, because the policy lists both free and paid options.
- If you're in Alaska, Hawaii or Rhode Island, the order can't ship at all, so a code won't help there.
- The refund only starts once the item reaches the warehouse.
More ways to save at TopMate
- On a TopMate scooter, the after-sale terms are worth as much as the price.
- The 2-year parts warranty covers batteries and other parts for quality faults not caused by damage, and you can register an extended warranty online.
- Keep the original packaging and accessories for the first 30 days, since a return without them isn't accepted.
- If the scooter has a quality problem in its first month, ask for the prepaid label instead of paying return postage yourself.
