About Princess Polly
Princess Polly sells trend-led women's clothing, from dresses and swim to outerwear, with petite, tall and curve ranges.
Before you hunt for a code, look at your cart: coupon codes skip sale items, beauty and gift cards, so they only pay off on full-price pieces.
Princess Polly says it is a certified B Corp, and its site has a Lower Impact range that includes linen pieces, plus a social responsibility section. Beyond dresses, the catalog covers two-piece sets, rompers, corsets and bustiers, jeans in low, mid and high rises, jorts, skorts, lingerie, sleepwear, loungewear and activewear, alongside heels, boots, loafers, jewelry, bags and sunglasses.
Much of the range is grouped by occasion, with edits for homecoming, festivals, parties, wedding guests and Halloween costumes. The brand also runs separate UK and Australian storefronts, and its college ambassador program lets US students earn commission on purchases made with a personal code.

When shoppers look for Princess Polly coupons
Princess Polly coupon searches stay fairly even all year: February leads, November trails.
Does Princess Polly offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard delivery is free on US orders over $50 to the 48 contiguous states; below that it costs $6.99 and takes 4-8 business days.
What is Princess Polly's return policy?
You get 30 days from delivery, and a $6.95 fee comes off cash refunds unless you pick store credit instead.
Does Princess Polly have a student discount?
Yes. UNiDAYS or Student Beans verification gets at least 15% off, plus at least 5% extra on sale items.
What payment methods does Princess Polly accept?
Afterpay, Klarna and Shop Pay appear among the payment links in the Princess Polly help menu.
More about shopping at Princess Polly
- Can't be returned
- Final sale items, cosmetics, earrings, undergarments and beauty tools stay with you, and clothes must come back unworn with tags.

- Princess Polly Rewards pays 1 point per $1 and moves you from General Admission up through Front Row, VIP and Backstage Pass.
- Shipping abroad
- Orders reach Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, NZ and Asia; international shoppers pay return postage, and duties aren't refunded.

How to use a Princess Polly promo code
- Princess Polly runs on Shopify, where the discount box sits in the checkout page's order summary.
- If you're new, create a Princess Polly Rewards account first, because the 15% first-order offer is tied to that sign-up.
- Students verify through UNiDAYS or Student Beans before checking out.
- Codes won't touch sale items, beauty or gift cards, so a cart full of markdowns may see no change at all.
- The app advertises its own deals, though the banner names no amount, so compare it with the site before you pay.
If your Princess Polly code doesn't work
- Exclusions: Coupon codes exclude gift cards, sale items and beauty.
- New customers only: 15% off a first order (create a Princess Polly Rewards account) does not apply to repeat orders.
- App offer: Princess Polly has a discount for orders in its app.
- End date: "20% Off Sitewide" ends Nov 17, 2026; "30% Off" ends Nov 17, 2026.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Princess Polly
- Refer a friend and you each get a coupon; the account page shows both a $5 and a $15 version.
- College students 18 and up with a .edu email can join the ambassador program and earn 5% commission on purchases made with their own code.
- Reviews, tagged social posts and the subreddit enter draws for $25-$150 gift cards.
- Choosing store credit over a cash refund also keeps the $6.95 return fee in your pocket.
- Princess Polly holds Black Friday and Boxing Day sales, but it doesn't print the dates ahead.
Princess Polly questions, answered
What does a Princess Polly return cost?
A $6.95 return shipping fee comes off refunds to your original payment method. Pick store credit, issued as a gift card, and the fee is waived.
How do instant returns work at Princess Polly?
Instant refunds and exchanges place a hold on your card. You then have 7 days from submitting the return to send the items back.
Can Princess Polly codes be used on sale styles?
Coupon codes exclude sale items, along with beauty and gift cards. The student discount is the exception, adding at least 5% extra on sale pieces.
Does Princess Polly ship outside the US?
Orders ship to Canada, the UK and Europe, Australia and NZ, Asia and other countries. International returns are refundable, but you cover the return postage and duties stay unrefunded.
