About Albany Park
Albany Park sells modern sofas, sectionals, loveseats, armchairs and ottomans in modular collections such as Kova, Barton and Lido, with plenty of fabric choices and no showrooms.
Doorstep delivery is free in the contiguous US, so the real costs to weigh are the optional $149 White Glove service and the fee on any return.
Albany Park was started by Jessica Ross, who went looking for a well-made, comfortable sofa for a busy household and left designer showrooms disappointed by the prices, the quality and the long waits. The brand partners with Exemplis, a commercial furniture maker of nearly 30 years, which designs the pieces in California and builds them to order in its own North American factories to contract-grade standards.
Kova comes in Pillow and Box cushion versions with 32 fabrics each, while Barton and Lido offer 38 fabrics, plus a choice of 3 feet styles for Barton and 4 leg styles for Lido. Free fabric swatches can be ordered before buying. Pieces go together in roughly 15 minutes without extra tools, and the furniture carries a limited lifetime warranty.

How to use a Albany Park discount code
- Albany Park's checkout is on Shopify, so the discount box sits in the order summary on the checkout page.
- Settle the fabric and configuration before you enter a code, since a change of heart after the first day can bring a 10% restocking fee, up to $200.
- A later return costs 20% of the original price, so the money a code saves can vanish if the sofa doesn't fit the room.
- Measure doorways first, and add White Glove for $149 only if you want placement, assembly and packaging removal handled.
More ways to save at Albany Park
- Affirm is the main way to spread the cost of a large modular sectional.
- Free doorstep delivery and assembly in about 15 minutes with no tools make White Glove optional, so skipping it keeps $149 in your budget.
- Before you buy, ask support which restocking fee applies, because the terms page and the refund policy give different figures.
