About Burrow

Burrow makes modular sofas, sectionals, sleeper sofas, storage, dining, bedroom and outdoor furniture that ships in standard boxes and goes together without tools.

Delivery is a flat fee tied to your order total rather than free above a line, so check which bracket your cart lands in before adding one more piece.

Burrow is a New York-based furniture company that says it was founded so shoppers would not have to trade off quality, price and convenience. Its pieces lean on modular design, with built-in features such as hidden chargers and performance fabrics. Collections include Nomad, Range, Shift and the newer Mercer for seating, Index for shelving, Cove for outdoor and the Chorus bed, alongside the Opera media console, the Copilot standing desk and the Listo extendable dining table. The Span sleeper sofa is built around a real queen-size mattress, and Lyric is its mattress line.

Burrow shares a family of brands with Interior Define, The Citizenry, The Inside and St. Frank. It runs showrooms, free fabric swatches, design consultations and a Trade Program, and covers furniture with a one-year warranty.

When shoppers look for Burrow coupons

Burrow coupon searches peak in September, about 1.6× a typical month, and dip lowest in March.

US Google searches, Sep 2025 to Aug 2026. Search interest, not sales.

How long does Burrow shipping take?

Orders under $100 ship free; $100-$500 costs $39, $500-$1,000 costs $49, and anything over $1,000 costs $69.

What is Burrow's return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery of the last package; Burrow charges 10% of the price for return shipping, or 20% without original packaging, capped at $250 per item.

What payment methods does Burrow accept?

Credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments and Affirm are all accepted, so a sofa can be spread over time.

How to use a Burrow coupon

  1. Burrow's checkout is Shopify's, so the discount box sits in the order summary on the checkout page.
  2. Before entering a code, look at the Autumn Sale prices already showing: when the site was read, the sale took up to 35% off sitewide, with sleeper sofas at 35% off and outdoor pieces up to 50% off.
  3. Check the final price after the delivery fee, which rises with the order total, and after any Mulberry coverage you add.
  4. Order free fabric swatches first if you're unsure of a color, because sending a piece back costs 10% of its price.

If your Burrow code doesn't work

  • Minimum order: "$50 off $300+ Sitewide" needs an order of at least $300.
  • New customers only: "15% off Your First Order" is for a first order.

More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.

More ways to save at Burrow

  • The Warehouse Sale lists items at up to 70% off, a sensible first stop before paying full price for a sectional.
  • During the Autumn Sale, orders of $2,000 or more also shipped free, which beats the $69 flat fee on a big order.
  • Fabric swatches cost nothing and are the cheapest way to avoid a return fee.
  • Designers and businesses can look at Burrow's Trade Program, though large trade orders ship on their own timelines.

Burrow questions, answered

How much is Burrow delivery?

Burrow charges a flat fee by order total: free under $100, $39 from $100 to $500, $49 from $500 to $1,000 and $69 above $1,000.

What does it cost to return Burrow furniture?

Burrow keeps 10% of the item's price for return shipping, or 20% without the original packaging, capped at $250 per item. Defective or damaged items go through the warranty with no fee.

Can Burrow furniture shipped outside the continental US be returned?

Items shipped outside the continental US can't be returned to Burrow, so free fabric swatches are worth ordering first.

Does Burrow offer financing?

Checkout offers Shop Pay Installments and Affirm alongside credit and debit cards and Shop Pay.

Does Burrow run seasonal sales?

Burrow's Autumn Sale was running when the site was read, with up to 35% off sitewide. A Warehouse Sale also lists items at up to 70% off.
