About APH
APH is a family-owned UK airport parking company, running since 1980, that books park and ride, meet and greet, airport hotels with parking, lounges and travel extras at UK airports and ports.
Prices are in GBP, and the booking type you pick matters as much as any code: Non-flexible rates are cheaper but can't be refunded.
APH began as a business the Voller family set up near Gatwick, trading at first as APG and serving Gatwick travellers with parking away from the terminal; it was formally incorporated in January 1981. A partnership with a Manchester operator came in 1984, and in 1996 the company adopted the APH name (Airport Parking & Hotels) when it started bundling nearby hotel nights with long-stay parking.
Today it operates Park & Ride sites of its own at Gatwick, Manchester and Cardiff, offers Meet & Greet at airports around the country, and also sells parking at other major UK airports, often under the APH name on sites it doesn't operate itself. APH says it is the UK's top independent operator in airport parking and holds Which? Recommended Provider status, along with a Best Company for Airport Parking title from the British Travel Awards.

- Pick the APH booking type before thinking about a code.
- A Non-flexible rate is already discounted, but it stays non-refundable, while Flexible keeps a full refund open until 24 hours before 00:01 on the arrival date.
- Semi-flexible has its own cancellation cut-off, which the booking terms spell out.
- Newsletter discounts arrive by email, so subscribe before you book.
- Tesco Clubcard vouchers follow their own exchange, which doubles their value for parking.
- If a travel agent made the booking, any change or cancellation goes through that agent.

Can an APH booking be cancelled for a refund?
Flexible bookings refund in full up to 24 hours before 00:01 on the arrival date, and Super-flexible bookings any time before the booked arrival time. Non-flexible bookings can't be refunded.
Is a flexible APH booking worth the extra cost?
APH says a fully flexible option usually costs only a few pounds more than the fixed rate. For dates that might move, that small extra keeps a full refund open.
