About BÉIS
BÉIS makes travel luggage and bags: carry-on and check-in cases, weekenders, backpacks, totes, crossbody bags, toiletry bags and packing cubes, some of them personalized.
One rule shapes every discount here. BÉIS allows one discount or promotional offer per order, so work out which one is worth more before you reach checkout.
When shoppers look for BÉIS coupons
BÉIS coupon searches peak in December, about 1.8× a typical month, and dip lowest in June.
Does BÉIS offer free shipping?
Yes. US Standard Ground orders ship free from $140, counted after discounts and before tax and shipping; Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are left out.
How long does BÉIS shipping take?
Orders placed before 11 AM ET typically leave the same business day by UPS, USPS or OnTrac, though launches and holidays can mean 5-7 business days of processing.
What is BÉIS' return policy?
New, unused items with tags can come back within 45 days of purchase; exchanges and store credit are free, but a refund costs a $10 handling fee.
What payment methods does BÉIS accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay are all accepted.
Does BÉIS price match?
BÉIS doesn't refund the difference after a price drop or a new promotion.

How to use a BÉIS discount code
- At BÉIS the promo code goes in online at checkout, and only one will fit the order.
- First-time customers can use the welcome code, but it's one per order and won't sit on top of the travel-set savings.
- Welcome and app offers don't cover bulk orders, and set discounts leave out gift cards, tax and shipping.
- Watch the free shipping line: the $140 is counted after discounts, so a code can pull a cart back under it.
- Orders can be cancelled only within one hour, so check the total before you pay.
If your BÉIS code doesn't work
- Exclusions: Welcome and app offers are not valid on bulk orders; set discounts exclude gift cards, taxes and shipping.
- Combining offers: Discounts cannot be combined; one discount or promotional offer per order.
- New customers only: The first-order offer (welcome promo code for first-time customers, entered online at checkout; one per order, not combinable) does not apply to repeat orders.
- App offer: BÉIS has a discount for orders in its app.
- Where to enter it: Enter the promo code online at checkout.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at BÉIS
- The referral program gives a friend $20 off a cart of at least $100 and gives you 200 points.
- BÉIS Loyalty is free to join, adds 20 points at sign-up and earns at least 1 point per $1 on the site or app.
- Points turn into $10-$40 discounts or products, with a $75 minimum purchase.
- Returning for store credit instead of a refund also avoids the $10 handling fee.
