About Cole Haan
Cole Haan has made footwear and accessories since 1928, and today sells sneakers, boots, loafers, oxfords, golf and running shoes, plus handbags and outerwear for men and women.
Its promo codes work online only, so a code you find won't help in a Cole Haan store.
Much of the Cole Haan catalog is grouped into named collections: GrandPrø, ØriginalGrand and ZERØGRAND appear for both men and women, with Grand Revolution and American Classics on the men's side and Grand Ambition for women. Some styles come in extended sizes and widths, and there is a golf section with shoes and apparel as well as leather and shoe care products.
The bag range goes beyond handbags: men can choose briefcases, messenger and sling bags, backpacks and travel bags, while women's options include shoulder, crossbody and tote bags plus bag charms. Outerwear covers bomber, leather and suede, rain and cold-weather jackets, with trucker jackets for men and quilted jackets and trench coats for women. The brand also runs a membership program called Above & Beyond.

When shoppers look for Cole Haan coupons
Cole Haan coupon searches peak in December, about 2.4× a typical month, and dip lowest in July.
Does Cole Haan offer free shipping?
Yes. US orders over $99 ship free by UPS Ground; under that, ground costs $9.95 and takes 5-7 business days.
How long does Cole Haan shipping take?
UPS 2-Day is $15.95 and UPS Overnight $24.95 for weekday orders placed before 12pm EST.
What is Cole Haan's return policy?
Unworn, unaltered shoes can come back within 30 days; the prepaid label costs $4.95, while store returns and exchanges are free.
Does Cole Haan have student and military discounts?
Yes. Students, military, teachers and first responders each get 15% off after verifying with ID.me.
Does Cole Haan price match?
If a price falls within 14 days of purchase, you can ask for a one-time adjustment, provided the item wasn't Final Sale.
What payment methods does Cole Haan accept?
Klarna Pay in 4 splits a purchase into 4 interest-free payments every 2 weeks; PayPal and the major cards work too.

How to use a Cole Haan coupon
- Cole Haan's promo code field sits at checkout, and you enter and verify the code there before paying.
- It can't be added to an order afterward, and orders can't be changed or cancelled once placed, so get the code in firSt. A promo code won't combine with other transaction-level offers, affiliate discounts or gift cards.
- That means choosing between a code and the 15% ID.me rate rather than stacking them.
- Codes don't apply to gift card purchases, and Final Sale items get no returns or price adjustments.
If your Cole Haan code doesn't work
- Exclusions: Promo offers exclude gift card purchases, previous purchases and cash; Final Sale items have no returns or price adjustments; codes are online only, not in stores.
- Combining offers: Promo codes cannot be combined with other transaction-level offers, affiliate discounts or gift cards, and cannot be applied to past orders.
- New customers only: 15% off a first order (sign up for Cole Haan emails) does not apply to repeat orders.
- Where to enter it: Enter and verify the code in the promo code field at checkout before paying.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Cole Haan
- The 15% email offer and the 15% ID.me rate are both standing discounts, so one of them should cover a first pair.
- The 14-day price adjustment is easy to forget: if your boots drop in price after you buy, ask for the difference once.
- Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales are announced on Cole Haan's offers page for late November.
- Splitting a pricier pair with Klarna spreads the cost over 4 payments.
Cole Haan questions, answered

Are Cole Haan returns free?
