About DKNY
DKNY is the New York fashion brand founded in 1989, selling women's clothing, coats, denim, bags, shoes, accessories and fragrance, plus a smaller men's range.
Its promo codes don't combine, welcome code included, so one code per order is the rule to plan around.
DKNY says its roots lie in denim jeans and the pace of sportswear, building on Donna Karan's idea of dressing a woman whose day could lead anywhere. The brand treats New York City as its ongoing inspiration and describes its clothes as practical and contemporary, made for living a city lifestyle wherever the wearer is.
Its lines include DKNY Collection, DKNY Jeans and DKNY Sport, plus fragrances such as DKNY 24/7 and Be Delicious. Seasonal edits cover workwear, vacation, matching sets and faux leather, suede and fur, and there is a DKNY x New York Yankees collaboration. Handbags are grouped into named families, and the site includes a Giving Back section and a style profile. The online store is run by The Donna Karan Company Store LLC.

When shoppers look for DKNY coupons
DKNY coupon searches peak in December, about 3.1× a typical month, and dip lowest in June.
Does DKNY offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $99 or more get free Economy ground shipping, 5-10 business days, to the 48 contiguous states.
How long does DKNY shipping take?
Standard takes 4 business days, Express 3 and Priority 2, and orders placed by 12 PM EST leave the same day.
What is DKNY's return policy?
Unused pieces with original tags can go back within 30 days of delivery, and using the DKNY label costs $6.
Does DKNY price match?
If a DKNY.com item gets cheaper within 14 days of your order, the store refunds the difference.

How to use a DKNY coupon
- At DKNY the promo code goes into the Shopping Bag during checkout, before you reach payment.
- Only one code fits per order, and that includes the 15% newsletter welcome code, so you'll need to choose between it and any event code.
- During the Friends & Family Event seen on Oct 22, 2026, a code took 40% off, which beats the welcome offer on the same cart.
- Scan the bag for final sale pieces, select new arrivals and gift cards before you enter anything, since promotions skip them.
- Codes also can't be applied to previous purchases, and they don't work in DKNY's own stores.
If your DKNY code doesn't work
- Minimum order: "$50 Off Any $300+ Full" needs an order of at least $300.
- Exclusions: Promotions exclude final sale and select new arrivals and gift cards; online only, not valid in stores.
- Combining offers: Promo codes can't be combined with other promo codes, including welcome codes; not valid on previous purchases.
- New customers only: 15% off a first order (subscribe to the email newsletter) does not apply to repeat orders.
- End date: "50% Off DKNY Orders" ends Nov 20, 2026; "$50 Off Any $300+ Full" ends Nov 19, 2026.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at DKNY
- The 14-day price adjustment is the quiet saver here.
- Buy a coat at full price, and if DKNY.com marks it down within that window, you can claim the difference back.
- A rewards program is mentioned on the site, but its terms aren't spelled out, and it doesn't apply to international orders.
- Sending a return with your own traceable carrier avoids the $6 label deduction.
- Act fast on ordering mistakes, since an order can be cancelled only within 30 minutes of being placed.
DKNY questions, answered
Can two DKNY promo codes be used together?
DKNY doesn't allow promo codes to combine, and the welcome code counts as one of them. Pick the code with the bigger saving for that cart.
Does DKNY refund the difference if a price drops?
An item bought on DKNY.com that drops in price within 14 days of the order gets the difference refunded.
How much does a DKNY return cost?
Returning with DKNY's label deducts $6 from the refund, and original shipping charges aren't refunded. Any traceable carrier is allowed instead, and items must be unused with tags within 30 days of delivery.
Do DKNY online codes work in stores?
DKNY promotions are online only and aren't valid in its stores.
Can a DKNY order be cancelled?
Cancellation is possible only within 30 minutes of placing the order. After that, a return is the way out.
Does DKNY ship internationally?
Many countries are covered, with duties and taxes shown at checkout. International orders miss out on free shipping, free returns and rewards, and returns within 30 days are at your cost.
