About Eataly

Eataly ships Italian grocery across the contiguous 48 states: pasta, sauces, olive oil, sweets, truffles, caviar and meat, plus Italian wine, kitchen goods and gift boxes.

The rule that shapes your savings is the $135 free-shipping line, and items sent straight from producers such as Vietri, Berkel, Venchi or Pat LaFrieda are left out of it.

Eataly is an Italian food marketplace with locations across the US, from New York and Chicago to Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Dallas, each pairing a market with sit-down restaurants and cooking classes and events. In New York it also runs Eataly Caffè, a coffee bar inspired by Italian tradition with its own order-ahead app.

Next to products from Italian makers, Eataly sells its own house line of pasta, sauces, oils and vinegars, coffee, and chocolate and spreads. The house pasta is slow-dried for 72 hours. The store also stocks Italian wine, beer and spirits, a Wagyu shop and seasonal panettone, and offers corporate gifting and private event hosting. Its online magazine covers recipes, Italian regions and the producers behind the products.

How to use a Eataly promo code

  1. Eataly doesn't describe where a promo code goes, so look for a code box in the cart or at checkout before you pay.
  2. Keep the $135 line in mind while you shop: if a code takes your total below it, the $14.90 UPS Ground fee may come back.
  3. Producer-shipped items such as Berkel or Venchi sit outside free shipping either way.
  4. The current tiramisu candle offer asks for $200 spent on grocery, so check that your basket meets that figure with grocery items.
  5. Since online orders can't be returned, settle the quantities before the code goes in.

Do Eataly Ambassador points work online?

Ambassador points are earned at the marketplaces and counters and redeemed in store, at 100 points per $1. Online purchases aren't part of the program.
