About Vinomofo
Vinomofo is an Adelaide wine retailer, founded in 2011, selling curated red, white, rosé and sparkling wines, mixed cases and wine clubs, plus whisky and spirits deals across Australia.
Prices are in AUD, and promo codes need a cart over A$80 unless a code says otherwise, with spirits excluded unless the code names them.
Vinomofo began in a small Adelaide garage and has grown into an online wine community it calls a tribe of wine lovers. The team says it tastes thousands of wines and that fewer than 5% of the bottles reaching its tasting bench end up on sale, sourced directly from producers it wants to help stay in business. It frames this as a stand against supermarket shelves crowded with homogenised own-brand labels.
Beyond everyday reds and whites, the site runs a Black Market section for very limited allocations, an Icons range of well-known Australian names, and a separate WHISKYMOFO storefront for spirits drops. It also publishes Vinofiles articles, hosts events and posts tasting videos, with a tone that pokes fun at wine snobbery. Sales are restricted to adults aged 18 and up.
Does Vinomofo offer free shipping?
Yes. 3 or more cases in one order ship free anywhere but the NT, and any deal with a Free Shipping badge frees the whole order.
How long does Vinomofo shipping take?
Australia Post takes about 2-3 business days to Melbourne, 8-15 to Perth and up to 2 weeks to rural addresses.
What is Vinomofo's return policy?
Wine returns are open for up to 365 days, with pickup and full credit or refund if no more than two bottles of a 12-case were opened.
More about shopping at Vinomofo

- Referrals
- You and a friend each get A$25 off the next order, on a minimum cart of A$100.

- Your first order enrolls you in VIM, where about 20-30 status points per A$100 spent move you up tiers, with birthday and anniversary vouchers.
- Gift cards
- Virtual gift cards come in A$50, A$100, A$150 and A$200, arrive by email within minutes and can't be bought with codes.
- Age and ID

How to use a Vinomofo discount code
- A Vinomofo code needs a cart over A$80 unless the code states a different minimum, and only one code fits each order.
- Spirits are excluded unless the code names them, and some deals sit outside codes altogether.
- Referral credits and promo codes don't mix, so pick whichever takes more off.
- Codes also can't touch wine club subscriptions or gift card purchases.
- Birthday and anniversary coupons from VIM can't be combined with each other.
- If free shipping is the goal, one deal carrying the Free Shipping badge covers the whole order, which can beat a code on a small cart.
If your Vinomofo code doesn't work
- Exclusions: Promo codes need a cart over $80 unless stated, may exclude specific deals and exclude spirits unless specified.
- One code per order: Only one promo code per order; codes can't be used when referral credits apply, on club subscriptions or gift cards; birthday and anniversary coupons can't be combined.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Vinomofo
- Mixed cases are where Vinomofo's free shipping applies: 3 or more cases in one order ship free outside the NT.
- The referral scheme gives you and a friend A$25 off each, on carts of at least A$100.
- VIM status grows with spend, and members collect birthday and anniversary vouchers.
- SMS subscribers get deals sent by text.
- Discounts earned on wine you send back are forfeited with the return, so open the case slowly if you're unsure about a new label.
