About Flibco

Flibco sells airport shuttle bus tickets on lines serving European airports such as Brussels Charleroi, Milan Bergamo, Lille and London Stansted, and its Door2Gate service collects you from your door.

Fares change by route, but one rule holds everywhere: a ticket booked online costs less than the same seat bought from the driver.

Flibco's network reaches well beyond its best-known airport runs. In Belgium, its buses run from Bruges, Ghent, Brussels and Luxembourg to Charleroi Airport, and Antwerp with Brussels Zaventem. In Italy, lines connect Malpensa with Milan, Turin and Lake Como, and Bergamo with Como. Germany has Frankfurt to Hahn and a newer Munich to Memmingen route, while London coaches to Stansted leave from Liverpool Street and Finsbury Park.

The company lists onboard Wi-Fi, extra legroom and room for oversized luggage among its coach features, and its app tracks a shuttle live. Timetables are revised twice a year, in late October and late March. Only service dogs may ride, and wheelchair ramps are found on UK coaches only. The website is offered in seven languages.

Flibco prices its shuttles in euros by route, and a driver sale is one-way only and depends on free seats.
Charleroi fare types
The Brussels Midi - Charleroi Airport line sells light, smart and plus fares, each with its own luggage, change and refund rules.
Changes and cancellations
Most lines allow online changes up to 6 hours before departure, but all-day tickets on lines like Charleroi - Milan Bergamo and Lille need a day's notice.
Missed bus
Unused tickets earn no refund, though you can swap a missed bus for the next departure.
Door2Gate cancellations
Cancel 24 hours ahead for a full credit note, 12 to 24 hours ahead for 50%, and any later for nothing.
Luggage
Hand baggage can measure up to 35 x 20 x 20 cm, and every wheeled bag rides in the hold.
Access and pets
Only UK coaches have ramps, carers ride free when booked 72 hours ahead, and service dogs are the only animals allowed.

How to use a Flibco promo code

  1. The pages read don't show where Flibco's code box sits, so look for it on the online booking form before you pay.
  2. That form is also where the cheaper fare lives, because the driver charges more and sells one-way seats only.
  3. On the Charleroi line, settle the fare type before you judge a code: light, smart and plus differ on luggage, changes and refunds, and a discount on a fare you can't change may cost you later.
  4. Add any child under 4 while booking, since the free seat depends on it.
  5. Timetables switch in late October and late March, so a code only helps on dates already open for sale.

Does Flibco have a student discount?

The homepage footer links to a Student Beans partnership page, but its terms weren't on the pages read. Open that page before booking to see whether a student rate covers your line.

Can you get a refund on an unused Flibco ticket?

Unused tickets aren't refunded. A missed bus can be exchanged for the next departure, and most lines let you cancel online up to 6 hours before departure.

Do children ride free on Flibco?

One child under 4 travels free with each adult ticket if you add the child at booking. The Budapest line charges the adult price instead.

How far ahead can you book a Flibco shuttle?

Timetables are updated twice a year, in late October and late March, so tickets can't be booked far ahead. The Arlon line requires online booking.

What happens if you cancel a Door2Gate pickup late?

Cancelling 12 to 24 hours ahead returns 50% of the price as a credit note. With under 12 hours to go, there's no refund at all.
