About GOTRAX
GOTRAX is a Texas company that began with hoverboards in 2017 and now sells electric scooters, ebikes and electric dirt bikes too.
Shipping is free on every order but reaches only the contiguous US, and students, military members and first responders can each verify through ID.me for 5% off a ride.
GOTRAX's lineup spans several product families: G-series commuter scooters such as the G4 and G4 Pro, the dual-motor GX scooters topped by the off-road GX3, folding ebikes in the F1, F2 and F3 range, and moped-style rides like the Ranger. Kids have their own section, including the Fitz16 electric dirt bike and the DX1 110cc dirt bike, and a recent addition is the Fairway 200 golf cart.
Adult scooters and ebikes carry a warranty of one to two years against manufacturer defects, and the site keeps replacement parts, batteries, manuals and a troubleshooting guide for owners. GOTRAX says a third party checks its products for quality control and that rides ship from its own warehouse. Its vehicles are also stocked by retailers including Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy and Academy.
