How to use a Graf Lantz promo code

1. As a Shopify store, Graf Lantz puts the discount box on the checkout page's order summary.
2. Only one code is accepted per order, and it cannot sit alongside Graf Lantz Circle rewards, so choosing between a code and a points redemption comes before checkout.
3. Anything already marked down is excluded, which means a Merino wool bag in the sale section will not take a code on top, and reward points and free-shipping rewards are likewise barred from sales and promotions.
4. A code also forfeits a later price adjustment, because adjustments are not given on items bought with one.

• Exclusions: Discounts and rewards apply only to full-priced items, not to items already reduced in price.
• One code per order: Only one discount code per order; codes cannot be combined with each other or with Graf Lantz Circle rewards, and reward points and free-shipping rewards cannot be used with sales or promotions.

• The price adjustment policy is the quiet saver: an item bought up to 7 days before a sale starts can be adjusted if claimed within 7 days of that start, as long as it was bought at full price without a code.
• Digital gift cards never expire.
• Circle members at Gold and above earn 2 points per $1, though sign-ups are closed for now and points expire one year after issue.
• Businesses buying in quantity can look at the trade program, the wholesale portal or corporate and custom gifting instead.
