About Joules
Joules sells British clothing, footwear and outerwear for women, men and children, plus homeware and gifts.
Prices are in GBP, and UK home delivery costs £4.95 unless you collect from a Joules or Next store for free. Promotional codes work online only, and just one promotion applies per customer.
Joules is a British lifestyle brand now run by Next Retail Limited, which trades under the Joules name. Its clothing covers women, men, girls and boys, with children's sizes running from 0-3 months up to 12-13 years, and outerwear is a big part of the line-up: raincoats, quilted jackets, gilets, fleeces and wellies, including the Right As Rain waterproof range. Other named collections include Heritage, Burghley and Harbour, and rugby shirts, Fairisle knits and tweed give the brand its countryside look.
Beyond clothes, Joules sells homeware such as bedding, cushions, throws, lamps, wall art, paint and wallpaper, plus luggage and coats for dogs, and its sofas are sold through DFS. Gift buyers can choose e-gift cards or eVouchers; an eVoucher lapses 24 months after it was bought or last used.
How long does Joules shipping take?
UK courier delivery to your home is £4.95 per order, or £15 for two-person items; Evri Parcel Shop delivery costs £3.50.
What is Joules' return policy?
28 days from delivery for new, unused items with tags; returns to a store are free, and courier collection costs £2.50.
What payment methods does Joules accept?
Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, a nextpay credit account and gift cards are all accepted at checkout.
More about shopping at Joules
- Store collection
- Delivery to a Joules or Next store is free, with a 25p charge for next-day at peak times.
- Free delivery offer
- A current promotion makes standard home delivery free when you spend £100, and next-day isn't available on sale items.
- Refund details
- Send back the whole order and the £4.95 delivery charge is refunded, but any promotion saving is deducted from returned goods.
- Gift cards
- E-gift cards and eVouchers are sold; an eVoucher expires 24 months after purchase or last use and can't be cashed in.
- Operator
- Joules is run by Next Retail Limited, and Next stores double as free collection points for Joules orders.

How to use a Joules discount code
- Joules codes only work on online orders, so they won't help at a shop till.
- The store allows one promotional incentive per customer.
- If several unused promotions sit on your account, only the one with the best cash saving is applied.
- A returned item has its promotion saving taken off the refund, so a partial return can bring back less than you paid for that piece.
- Sale items can't go next-day, so plan on standard delivery or free store collection.
- The 2 for £45 long-sleeve tops deal is a price offer, so check whether it beats a percentage code on the same tops.
If your Joules code doesn't work
- Exclusions: Promotional codes are valid only for online purchases; promotion savings are deducted from refunds when goods are returned.
- Combining offers: One promotional incentive per customer; when several unused promotions sit on an account, only the one with the best cash saving applies.
- New customers only: "20% off **First Orders** Plus **Free shipping**" is for a first order.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at Joules
- The cheapest delivery route is a Joules or Next store, which costs nothing outside peak next-day times.
- Spend £100 while the free home delivery promotion runs and the £4.95 charge disappears.
- Multi-buy prices, such as 2 for £45 on long-sleeve tops, can beat a single code when you need more than one item.
- Joules eVouchers last 24 months from purchase or last use, so they suit gifts bought early.
- Klarna and the nextpay account spread the cost, though neither cuts the price.
Joules questions, answered
Do Joules discount codes work in store?
Joules promotional codes are valid for online purchases only, so use them on joules.com rather than at a shop till.
