About Mejuri

Mejuri makes everyday fine jewelry in solid gold, gold vermeil, lab-grown diamonds and sapphires, sold online and in its own stores.

The rule to know first is the $75 line for free US standard shipping, which Mejuri measures on the subtotal before taxes and discounts.

Mejuri started as a small team in Toronto, Canada, and has been designing jewelry since 2015. CEO Noura Sakkijha comes from three generations of jewelers, and the brand's pitch is fine jewelry bought for yourself rather than saved for gifts and special occasions. Every piece is designed in-house, and new styles arrive regularly in 18k gold vermeil, 10k yellow gold and sterling silver.

One notable line uses Salmon Gold, traceable gold recovered from old mine sites in North America while the land and fish habitat around them are restored. Mejuri now has more than 700 people working across its headquarters and stores, which operate in the UK, Australia and North America and include Piercing Studios. A free Mejuri+ membership brings early access to drops, and pieces carry a two-year warranty against workmanship defects.

When shoppers look for Mejuri coupons

Mejuri coupon searches peak in December, about 2.2× a typical month, and dip lowest in June.

US Google searches, Sep 2025 to Aug 2026. Search interest, not sales.

Does Mejuri offer free shipping?

Yes. US standard shipping is free from $75, measured before taxes and discounts, and takes 2-5 business days.

How long does Mejuri shipping take?

Express takes 1-2 business days, and Mejuri won't ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers or APO/FPO addresses.

What is Mejuri's return policy?

Unworn pieces with tags go back free within 30 days on Mejuri's prepaid US label; sets must return complete.

How to use a Mejuri discount code

  1. Mejuri's store is built on Shopify, where the discount box appears in the order summary on the checkout page.
  2. Because the $75 free-shipping line is counted before discounts, a code that pulls your total under $75 still leaves standard shipping free.
  3. Pieces from Mejuri's 30% off select-styles sale were final sale, so a discounted ring from it can't be returned.
  4. Mejuri doesn't publish rules on combining codes.
  5. If you're an M+ member, Monday app orders already ship free, which matters most on a single small piece.

If your Mejuri code doesn't work

  • Minimum order: "10% off Orders over $500" needs an order of at least $500; "10% off Your First Order over $150" needs an order of at least $150.
  • New customers only: "Save up to 20% on Your First Order" is for a first order.
  • App offer: Free shipping every Monday for M+ members ordering in the app, for orders in the Mejuri app.

More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.

More ways to save at Mejuri

  • Joining Mejuri+ costs nothing and puts you in line early for promotions and members-only products.
  • A final-sale event took 30% off select styles from Feb 23, 2026, while supplies last, so a lower price there came with no return option.
  • Digital gift cards work online and in store and their value doesn't expire, though they redeem only in the currency issued.
  • Changed your mind after ordering?
  • You have 30 minutes to cancel from the orders page in your account.

Mejuri questions, answered

How do Mejuri returns work?

Unworn, undamaged pieces with tags and original packaging can go back within 30 days of delivery or in-store pickup. US returns use Mejuri's free prepaid label, and refunds go to the original payment method.

Does Mejuri+ cost anything?

Mejuri+ is a free membership with early access to big drops, promotions and members-only products. Members ordering in the app also get free shipping every Monday.

Can sale jewelry from Mejuri be returned?

Final-sale items can't be returned, and Mejuri's 30% off select-styles sale was marked final sale. Engraved or monogrammed pieces are excluded too.

Does Mejuri ship internationally?

Mejuri ships to Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Australia, New Zealand, much of Europe and parts of Asia. Other international orders ship free from US$150, otherwise for US$20.

How long is the Mejuri order cancellation window?

Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase from the orders page in your account.
