About Missouri Star Quilt Company
Missouri Star Quilt Company sells precut fabrics, fabric by the yard, notions, thread, quilt patterns, kits and sewing furniture from Hamilton, Missouri, where Jenny Doan's family started it in November 2008.
The simplest saving is 20% off for joining the email list, and standard shipping turns free once an order passes $59.
Jenny Doan introduces herself on the home page as a wife, mother and quilter, and the shop publishes its own quilting tutorials, including a series called At Home with Misty, along with BLOCK Magazine. Precuts come in the formats quilters know by name: Charm Packs of 5-inch squares, Jelly Rolls of 2.5-inch strips, Layer Cakes of 10-inch squares and Honey Buns.
The range also takes in embroidery kits and floss, English paper piecing supplies, bag-making hardware, Block of the Month kits, Missouri Star tutorial kits and irons made with Oliso. Sewing tables come from Arrow Sewing Furniture, and designer fabric includes the Kaffe Fassett Collective. The site also has a section for visiting the company's shops in person.

How to use a Missouri Star Quilt Company coupon
- Join the Missouri Star email list before you fill the cart, because the 20% off arrives by email, then enter it before you pay.
- Think twice before spending it on fabric cut to your yardage: cut fabric can't be cancelled or refunded, so a wrong measurement costs the full amount.
- Daily Deal items are already discounted and final sale, which makes a slip there permanent too.
- Check the subtotal against $59 as well, the point where standard shipping stops costing $5.99.
More ways to save at Missouri Star Quilt Company
- Watch the Daily Deal, where one discounted item runs on the site, though it can't be returned.
- Canadian quilters pay a lower $20 flat rate once an order passes $100, with duties covered, so one larger order beats two small ones.
- A return costs $10 for the label, so check pattern requirements before ordering kits or yardage.
- Gift cards suit a quilting friend who'd rather pick their own fabric.
