About Mpix

Mpix is a photo lab turning customer images into prints, wall art, photo books, cards, calendars, sports products and photo gifts, all printed and assembled in Missouri and Kansas.

Discounts there are split by product category, with separate percentage offers for prints, wall art, books and gifts, and a category code will not combine with other offers apart from free standard shipping at $45.

Mpix prints on archival-grade photo papers, offering standard prints in more than 30 sizes alongside giclee, black-and-white, matted and wallet prints, and it also develops film. Each order passes a color technician before production. Wall art spans canvas, metal, wood, acrylic and framed textile prints, plus Collagewall displays and photo tiles, while the album range runs from handcrafted leather Signature Photo Albums to fabric-cover and softcover books.

For teams and leagues, Mpix makes memory mates, custom trading cards, magazine covers and banners for 25 sports. Other items include artist-traced statuettes, ornaments, drinkware, magnets, puzzles and luggage tags, and a business printing service sits alongside the consumer shop.

When shoppers look for Mpix coupons

Mpix coupon searches peak in December, about 1.6× a typical month, and dip lowest in February.

US Google searches, Sep 2025 to Aug 2026. Search interest, not sales.

Does Mpix offer free shipping?

Yes. Standard delivery is free on US orders of $45+ after discounts; framed acrylic, prints 24x36 and larger, film and orders over $500 are excluded.

How long does Mpix shipping take?

Standard takes 2-7 days, Economy 14-21 days untracked and Expedited 1-2 business days, each added to lab production time.

How to use a Mpix promo code

  1. Each Mpix code covers its own product family, so the right one depends on whether the cart holds prints, wall art, books or gifts.
  2. Print discounts skip metal, canvas, poster, acrylic and wood prints, Standouts and film, as well as lustre, framing, mats and mounting add-ons.
  3. A category code and the 25% prints sale cannot be stacked with each other or with anything else, the one exception being free standard shipping on $45+ orders.
  4. Redeeming rewards points rules out any coupon code on that order, so points and codes work better on separate purchases.
  5. Photographers ordering through Zenfolio, ShootProof, Pixieset or ROES should note that the offers do not apply through those channels.

If your Mpix code doesn't work

  • Exclusions: Print discounts exclude metal, canvas, poster, acrylic and wood prints, Standouts and film, plus add-ons like lustre, framing, mats and mounting; offers do not apply through Zenfolio, ShootProof, Pixieset or ROES.
  • Combining offers: Category promo codes and the 25% prints sale cannot be combined with other offers, except free standard shipping on $45+; no coupon code can be used when redeeming rewards points.
  • New customers only: "50% Off Your First Order" is for a first order.

More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.

More ways to save at Mpix

  • The Mpix Rewards Program pays 100 points just for joining and adds points for reviews and birthdays, with Platinum members earning 4 points per $1; because points expire every 365 days, it rewards people who print regularly.
  • The referral scheme gives a friend $10 off and the referrer 1,000 points.
  • Small print and card orders can take tracked Economy Plus shipping at 7-14 days, and boutique gift packaging costs $10 on select products, though not with Economy shipping.

Mpix questions, answered

Does Mpix have a first-order discount?

New customers can get $10 off a first order through a friend's referral coupon. No general welcome offer appeared on the site.

Can an Mpix coupon be used while redeeming rewards points?

Redeeming rewards points blocks any coupon code on the same order. Category codes also cannot be combined with other offers, except free standard shipping on $45+.

Which prints are left out of Mpix print discounts?

Metal, canvas, poster, acrylic and wood prints, Standouts and film sit outside print discounts, along with lustre, framing, mats and mounting.

How long does an Mpix order take to arrive?

Prints, books and cards spend 1-2 business days in the lab, while framed, canvas, metal, wood and acrylic pieces take 2-3. Standard shipping then adds 2-7 days, or Expedited 1-2 business days.

When does Mpix run its prints sale?

The most recent 25% off prints sale ran in late September and ended September 30, 2026, with the discount auto-applied.

What if Mpix prints arrive with color problems?

Quality issues are fixed with a free reprint when Mpix is contacted within 30 days. Items altered after receipt, Economy 4x6 prints and 'Do Not Color Correct' orders are not reprinted for color issues.
