About New Balance
New Balance sells athletic shoes, sneakers and athletic apparel for men, women and kids, including its Made in USA and Made in UK lines.
Free membership is the key to paying less: members get free shipping on any order and free online returns, while everyone else needs $75 for free shipping and pays $5 to return by mail.
Beyond everyday sneakers, New Balance makes gear for a long list of sports, including running, tennis, basketball, baseball, soccer, golf, lacrosse, pickleball and skateboarding, with cleats, trail shoes and compression wear among the options. Well-known model numbers include the 9060, 574, 530, 990 and the 1080 running shoe, and tennis player Coco Gauff fronts the launch of the 983.
The brand keeps a launch calendar for new releases, sells a TCS NYC Marathon finisher collection, and offers wide shoes for kids. Through New Balance Reconsidered, gently used pairs can be traded in for a voucher, and select tennis shoes carry a 6-month outsole warranty. The US site can be read in English or Spanish.
When shoppers look for New Balance coupons
New Balance coupon searches peak in December, about 1.5× a typical month, and dip lowest in February.
Does New Balance offer free shipping?
Yes. UPS Ground is free over $75 for everyone and on any order for members; below that it costs $9.95.
How long does New Balance shipping take?
In-stock items ship within 2 business days, then take 2-5 business days to arrive at US addresses and territories.
What is New Balance's return policy?
45 days for items in new condition with a receipt or packing list; final-sale items can't go back.

- Refunds

- Tennis warranty
- Select tennis shoes carry a 6-month NDurance outsole warranty, with the replacement issued as a promo code for the same model.

How to use a New Balance promo code
- The standing deal at New Balance, free standard shipping on orders over $75, needs no code; it applies once the order passes the threshold.
- Joining the free membership before you check out matters more than any code, because it removes the $75 minimum and the $5 return fee in one step.
- Online orders can't be exchanged directly, so a wrong size means returning the pair and ordering again.
- Final-sale items can't come back at all, so weigh any markdown against that.
If your New Balance code doesn't work
- Minimum order: "25% off Your Order When You Spend $150" needs an order of at least $150.
- End date: "Up to 30% Off" ends Nov 19, 2026; "Get 25% Off w/Coupon on Your Purchase" ends Nov 19, 2026.
More reasons a code fails, and what to try: why promo codes don't work.
More ways to save at New Balance
- New Balance Reconsidered takes gently used New Balance shoes as a trade-in and pays you back with a voucher.
- The free membership covers shipping and online returns, so joining saves the $5 fee on your first mailed return.
- Gift cards are sold through the footer link.
- Shoppers outside the US can't order from the US site and are sent to New Balance's international sites instead.
New Balance questions, answered

What is New Balance Reconsidered?
