More about shopping at New Look

Sign-up code

Opting in by email brings a 25% off code for first-time or returning customers, online only, with third-party brands and sale lines left out.

Club New Look

Logged-in members see a member price on selected products, worth 5% off, though sale and promotional items sit outside it.

App

A first purchase in the New Look app earns 10% off, with the code sent by email.

Stacking

New Look won't let any offer combine with another offer or discount, so pick the bigger saving per order.

Delivery Pass

Invited customers in selected stores can pay £5 for 6 months of free standard delivery and click and collect.

How to use a New Look discount code

1. The emailed code goes in the promo code box at checkout, or in the promo box in your bag if you shop in the New Look app.
2. Sign-up has to come first, since the 25% off code only arrives after you opt in by email.
3. Check your basket before you enter it, because third-party brands and anything already promotional or on sale won't take the discount.
4. A Club New Look member price and a code won't both apply, so compare them on the full-price pieces you want.
5. Neither the return window nor standard UK delivery charges showed up on the New Look pages read, so open the help centre's delivery and returns sections before you pay.

If your New Look code doesn't work

• Exclusions: The sign-up discount excludes third-party branded items and promotional or sale items, and is online only.
• Combining offers: Offers can't be combined with any other offer or discount.
• New customers only: "10% Off Your First Purchase Via The App" is for a first order.
• App offer: 10% off first app purchase, for orders in the New Look app.
• End date: "25% Off Your Purchase" ends Dec 31, 2026; "10% Off Your First Purchase Via The App" ends Dec 31, 2026.

More ways to save at New Look

• Sale stock currently runs up to 70% off, and a multibuy puts 2 shirts, skirts or trousers at £30, though neither takes a sign-up code on top.
• Club New Look needs only a logged-in account and shows its 5% member prices on selected lines, but those prices can pause during site-wide events.
• App shoppers get 10% off a first app order.
• If a store invites you, the £5 Delivery Pass covers 6 months of standard delivery and click and collect, which pays off quickly for regular UK orders.
• Gift cards come in posted, digital and personalized versions.
