About Selkirk
Selkirk is a family-owned pickleball brand, founded in 2014 in the Inland Northwest, selling paddles, shoes, apparel, nets, balls and accessories.
Its paddles are designed in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, and made in China. US orders over $55 ship free, and most promotions won't stack with a discount code, so choose your single strongest offer.
Brothers Mike and Rob Barnes started Selkirk Sport after discovering pickleball at a community center, with help from their father, Jim. The company now has more than 200 employees and an in-house research lab where paddles are prototyped and tested, and it keeps the word "Sport" singular to signal that pickleball is the only game it covers.
Paddle lines include OMNI, Boomstik, LUXX and the SLK series (Dauntless, Geo, Valkyrie and ERA). Selkirk paddles carry a limited lifetime warranty, while SLK models get one year. Beyond gear, the brand runs Selkirk Academy for camps and coaching, operates pro shops in Meridian and Dalton Gardens, Idaho, and sponsors players, clubs, tournaments and college programs.
