About Evans Cycles

Evans Cycles is a UK bike shop with stores nationwide, selling road, mountain, hybrid, gravel, kids' and electric bikes, plus cycling clothing, helmets, parts and servicing.

Prices are in GBP, and the rule worth knowing first is on returns: online orders get 28 days, but you pay the postage back and can't take them to a store.

Beyond the bikes themselves, Evans Cycles covers the practical side of riding. Its workshops take repair and service bookings online, and the company runs its own Ride to Work scheme while also accepting Cyclescheme, so commuters can spread the cost of a new bike through their employer. The hybrid range includes several folding models suited to train commuters and riders with little storage space, and the site offers bike sizing advice and buying guides for anyone unsure where to start.

For clothing, the in-house dhb label has an Autumn/Winter 2026 line with pieces such as an Insulated Gilet, the Blok Long Sleeve Jersey 3.0 and the Aeron Softshell. Recent store openings include Maidstone, Edinburgh, London West End, Southampton and York. Evans Cycles also belongs to Frasers Plus, a credit and rewards scheme in which customers collect points as they shop.

How long does Evans Cycles shipping take?

Home or store delivery across the UK costs from £4.99 to £49.99 depending on the order, with premium delivery offered for bikes.

What is Evans Cycles' return policy?

Online orders, Click & Collect included, have 28 days for a refund by post at your cost; no exchanges and no in-store returns.

What payment methods does Evans Cycles accept?

Frasers Plus offers pay in 3 interest-free or 6-36 monthly instalments, and 0% APR finance runs through V12 Retail Finance.

How to use a Evans Cycles discount code

  1. The pages read for Evans Cycles don't say where a discount code goes, so check the basket and checkout pages before you pay.
  2. If you're collecting, the order total matters twice: over £100 before delivery earns the £5 in-store voucher, and bikes cost £19.99 to collect against £4.99 for smaller items.
  3. Plan any discount around the 28-day return rule, because you'll pay the postage on anything sent back, and there's no exchange, only a return and a new order.
  4. Uncollected parcels go back after 10 days with a refund.

More ways to save at Evans Cycles

  • Ride to Work and Cyclescheme are the routes to a new bike through your job, and Evans Cycles takes both.
  • Frasers Plus points and early access to selected discounts suit regular shoppers, but they come with a credit account.
  • A Click & Collect order over £100 adds a £5 store voucher.
  • Servicing and repairs can be booked online at its stores.
