About Serenata Flowers
Serenata Flowers is a UK online florist, trading since 2003, that sends hand-tied and letterbox bouquets, plants and gift bundles with vases, chocolates and other extras.
Standard courier delivery is already free on most of the range, and a voucher never touches delivery charges, so a discount code here works on the flowers and gifts themselves.
Serenata Flowers buys directly from growers, which it says avoids unnecessary mark-ups, and it sends many stems while still in bud so the flowers open after they arrive. Its florists work in a contemporary style, and the range can be browsed by occasion, by price or by season. The autumn collection, for example, includes bouquets such as Sunflower Meadow, Mellow Autumn and Wild Harvest, alongside the Little Luxuries Bundle.
A few terms are worth knowing before ordering. Changes or cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice ahead of the delivery date and cannot be made once an arrangement is in production. Prices include UK VAT at 20%, and a later price drop does not change what was paid. Serenata no longer sells gift cards, though existing ones can still be redeemed within 12 months of purchase.
